Also is there anything already planned for the differences in technologies. I would imagine for example mass effect ships would be at serious disadvantage against energy weapons due to the kinetic barriers.

You bet I'm up for anything stargate related! Though I would be interested in still playing a ship from the stargate universe, possibly from an alternate timeline. If not than I might even tempted into taking the Co-GM role.

Well I'm still here and watching though I wasn't that willing to commit since the wait for more people went on for so long. I do have character in mind too but I'd like to know for sure this going to start before I flesh it out.
Interested though I would also know how much we're gonna stick to dice rolls, predetermined skills and such.
