Brief Summary of how the country is run: The Rusarian Empire is ruled absolutely by its Emperor, whose authority is maintained through an extensive system of laws that grant him absolute authority over the Empire. In order to help facilitate this rule and maintain both the laws and order throughout the entirety of the Empire, a new military court was established as the Judges of Rusaria. For every Judiciary, there is a judge assigned and hand-picked by the Emperor himself to exert his will and maintain control over the section of which they are assigned. Every Judge also serves as a military commander for their district, as each Judge is selected from the highest echelons of the military.
