The Article 1 posted doesn't say it should be kept free of war. Just that you'll do all in your power to prevent it.

My only question is the ratio of military soldiers to population. Some nations have half of their population up in arms at all times, seems a bit odd but then again this is a forum game.

Veneto hasn't changed hands yet. I figured it didn't make sense to hand away territory while simultaneously threatening Denmark with war. I hoped Denmark would have answered before the end of the turn and then Italy and I conclude out business, but that didn't happen.South Tyrol is not included, no.

I'd enjoy seeing a Nation RP based in the Warcraft or Fallout universe. Always debated trying to get one up and running myself, but I haven't the slightest idea how stats work.
