@Dynamo Frokane Alright, this one isn't that long, but that's alright since he's a side character, right? Let me know if you want edits or anything like that.

Sorry I've been sort of MIA from the OOC this weekend, I've been visiting friends and am only able to reply via my phone, but it should all go back to normal tomorrow. But I'm so happy to have new players! Welcome @Summer and @IrishAngelQueen! Also, I love your theme music @Knight of Doom.
"Gave me this and said somethin' about knowin' yo' and wantin' to talk to me for some reason before she 'eaded inside. After that I can't say much, sorry," the big man said, causing Nori to purse her lips. 'Where could she have gone?' the blond wondered, shifting her weight from foot to foot. She was starting to worry a bit. 'I hope she's alright.'

"Umm blue hair? there's a girl behind the door with blue hair is that her? She actually goes to my school," the blue/purple haired guy commented, pointing behind Nori and Arty. The DJ whirled around, skirt spinning with her, and there stood Kameyo, peeking around the door of the club. Nori let out a relieved sigh and laughed, giving her new roommate a quick wave.

"You scared me half to death, darlin'!" The tattooed girl laughed, waving her friend over before turning back to the blue eyed guy. "Thanks handsome, I don't know what I'd do without you," Nori told him with a smile.

"I see you know Arty, me and him were just talking about music and how I've been doing some engineering for Ms Silverstone lately...right Arty?" The guy said and Nori let out an impressed whistle. Only the best of the best got to work with Ryva Silverstone, she was like a goddess to the local music scene.

"Wow, you must be good at what you do," Nori said, before extending her hand. "I'm Nori, by the way. Did you need to get back in there, in case they need you?"
Nori grabbed her black clutch from where it was stashed under the mixing desk before bounding out onto the dance floor to search for Kameyo. The blonde had seen her at the bar throwing back shots a couple of times through out the night, but she was nowhere to be found now. Nori elbowed her way around a crowd of people who where gathered around something. 'Jesus,' Nori thought as she pushed through them. "Kameyo is too skittish to be over here. Maybe she stepped out to get some air.' So the DJ ventured out the front door to ask Arty if he had seen the blue haired girl.

When Nori finally made it outside, the line in front of the door was even longer than before. 'Looks like you've got for your hands full tonight," the girl commented, poking Arty in the elbow to grab his attention. "Beauregard really needs to hire you some help out here. Not that anyone could ever get past you," Nori said conversationally, pausing to glance up at the behemoth of a man. He was taller than her by a foot and a half, making her look like a little doll next to his giant frame. "Just thought you might could use a break," she explained, shooting him a friendly smile.

"I actually came out here to see if you'd seen my new roommate. She's pretty cute, taller than me, has long blue hair...," Nori described, before catching sight of a man at the front of the line with blue and purple hair. "...it's pretty much the same color as this side of his hair," Nori explained, reaching up to ghost her hand over the stranger's ocean colored locks. She smiled up at him through her eyelashes before turning her attention back to the easy going red head. "Have you seen her tonight, Arty?"
Haven't abandoned, I swear! It'll be back to normal on Monday, when I'm near a computer.
@Dynamo Frokane I just really meant to post pictures of them for reference, not a mini profile. I've been away from my computer this weekend though, and I can't post pics from my phone. I'm honestly considering making a guy character though, since we're so incredibly lop sided!

Thanks for the extra track, I can always use more inspiration! :D I'm going to wait until a few more people post before I go again. I don't want to spam!
@Dynamo Frokane I finally got my post up! I made a few NPC's, hopefully that's alright. I'm planning on adding pics to that post for those characters tomorrow, when I have access to a computer.
Nori waved her hand, dismissing the other girl's offer to pay. "Don't worry about it, you're with me. My boss doesn't mind when I bring friends, as long as they're hot girls," Nori informed, grinning wolfishly. "Now I've gotta get up there or they're gonna send out a search party. Remember, I'm right here if you need me," the tiny DJ repeated, before giving Kameyo another pat on the arm and bounding over to the sound desk. The doors where going to open any minute and she had to make sure the table was set up properly before then.

"Cutting it awful close there, Nori," Mr. Beauregard grumbled, seemingly materializing out of the shadows. It took every once of her self restraint not to roll her eyes.

"Sorry, boss," Nori replied, brushing her golden hair behind her ears and draping her headphones around her neck. "I was just showing my new roommate around," the twenty two year old explained, pointing a well manicured finger at Kameyo. Mr. Beauregard studied the blue haired girl from across the room before humming appreciatively under his breath.

"Alright, I guess I'll let it go. But you'll never get the prime time spot if you don't put more effort into your clothes," the assistant manager explained, raising a bushy brow at her wardrobe.

"What's wrong with my dress?"

"I can barley see your boobs."

"Most of the material is see through!"

"I need your cleavage to be easily seen from the dance floor," the middle aged man huffed, as if she was the one being ridiculous.

"Got it," Nori said through gritted teeth. 'This man is gonna have me up here in a bikini before this is all said and done,' the florist thought angrily, avoiding eye contact with the other.

"Nick Weston mentioned you on the radio today," Mr. Beauregard said casually, shooting her a meaningful look. Nori's breath caught and she froze, her face flushing a lovely shade of pink. 'Nick Weston knows who I am?' the young woman thought, biting at her lip anxiously. Almost every girl in Shiny City had a crush on the young radio announcer and Nori was no exception. Out of the corner of her eye she could see that Mr. Beauregard was smirking knowingly.

"Not a word," she grumbled, before resuming her work.

---Time Warp!---

Ten o'clock found Nori grinning ear to ear and having the time of her life. Her feet ached and her hair was probably a mess from all the dancing she was doing, but the blonde loved every second of it. "That's all the time I have for tonight, my lovelies! DJ Dangermouse will be along shortly, but I'll leave you guys with this little parting gift...," Nori tells the crowd, pressing a button on the sound board and flooding the club with the song, 'Truffle Butter'. "Goodnight Club LUSH! Maybe I'll see you on the dance floor tonight, if you're lucky!"
@Dynamo Frokane lol, I imagined it would just be house electronica right now, since it's not quite open (I feel like it opens at six, and she's getting there around 5:30.) Nori will be gettin off work right at the time change, but she'll definitly play, 'Truffle Butter' before she goes! ;)
"Thanks a lot, i've been wanting to move out of the dorms for awhile now. Would tomorrow be alright? Oh and don't worry I don't mind cleaning really, i'm actually pretty good at it," the other girl explained quietly, her hands held together in her lap. Nori smiled fondly at Kameyo, already liking her sweet disposition. Working at the club, the DJ didn't meet many people who weren't super outgoing, crude, or obnoxious, so it was refreshing to meet someone who seemed to be the complete opposite. 'I think I'm going to like living with her,' the blonde mused as she watched the blue eyed girl.

"I'm really glad you have internet,...you see I actually work from home...," Kameyo explained before fiddling with the ends of her pigtails."Actually i'm a manga artist, and I actually made From afar....so i was glad you liked it."

"Wha...?" Nori started, gaping openly at the other girl. "You illustrate 'From Afar'!?" the petite girl squeaks, completely blindsided by this information. Nori's hands start to shake from her excitement and she starts speaking hurriedly, her words rushing together,"Your-artwork-is-beautiful-I-can't-believe-I'm-going-to-live-with-you-Am-I-going-to-get-to-see-the-new-issues-before-they-come-out-Will-you-sign-my-mang--."

"Miss," the cab driver interrupts Nori's star struck ramblings, giving her a knowing smirk through the rear view mirror. "We're here," he said, motioning toward the building. It was still thirty minutes before they opened and the line was already wrapped halfway around the building.

"Er, right," Nori laughs before swallowing hard and trying to get a hold of herself. She pays the taxi and slides out, waiting for her new roommate to follow. "Right, so stick close to me and I'll get you in fine. My shift ends right at ten thirty, so if you're partied out by then we can go home or we can stay, completely up to you," the DJ explained, leading Kameyo around back and through the staff entrance. Someone had turned on the house music already and dimmed the lights. "Feel free to mingle and dance, but if you start to get over whelmed you can always find me at the sound booth," she continued, shooting the other girl a reassuring grin and giving her a playful punch in the arm. "Go have some fun, darlin'!"
