History: Meiji lived in the 20th ward all his life, he heard about the accident causing Rize's death and about the half ghoul, Ken Kaneki. He tried his best to stay out of the way when it came to things about Anteiku and Aogiri, he was busy when it came to his group Arashi. His group was small with a total of 5 members including himself. He keeps it small as the members are people he trusts and have the same ideals as him. "Ghouls Coexisting with Humans" This was his ideal. He cared for humans as he knows some humans who love him even knowing he's a ghoul. He wants humans to accept us ghouls so we can live in peace. IT will be hard but he is willing to keep at it to make it happen. His parents are somewhere out of Tokyo and are unable to be contacted
