As I said, I don't have it in me to accept or reject someone although I am a co-co GM. So unfortunately you have to wait for Haley or Souffle.
BUT!
She sounds okay to me and a lot better.
I think the background would have been nicer if it made more sense, but that's just my view.
It might be interesting to figure out what it is all about.

Just make it known for your friend that he has to submit his Cs before monday morning because the IC is started on Monday Morning and no more accepting after that.

If you actually and really mean that's easier for you to manage school and work, same thing with your friend, then sure do what's best for you.
