A small sigh escaped from Leon's lips, his heart skipping a beat in relief. Thank God... The man seemed to have calmed down a bit, even dismissing his weapon. Now if only Rose wouldn't taunt the demon any further, then all of this could end in a remotely happy fashion. Luckily, this seemed to be the case, as GM could just speak uninterrupted. A part of Leon wondered who 'Ara-' could be. If the young man was a bit calmer, he might've realised that, from the way GM spoke, it was obviously someone GM knew in the past -- Which in turn implied that this wasn't the first time something like this had happened. As things stood now, however, Leon was far from calm, still constantly worrying that things might turn even more sour than they already did -- As impossible as that seemed at the moment, with Euclid being in a state of near-shock, Rose having a death wish and he himself acting like a scared animal, losing his sense of logic in the clouds of panic. And now there was apparently a monster out there who was specifically hunting Euclid down? That is, of course, assuming that GM was speaking the truth. For some reason, though, Leon didn't doubt that. The guy may be batshit insane and obscenely powerful, but he didn't seem to be a liar. Which brought Leon to another point; he couldn't turn into a liar himself, if he wanted Rose to see the next day... .

"I said I would do anything... ," Leon answered, staring at a point on the floor in front of GM's feet. "I won't go back on that word." Well, that much was obvious. If it wasn't for the simple fact that him going back on his word would allow GM to do the same, the logical next step for him would be to kll the forktongue. In fact, it would make more sense for that order to be reversed. Well, no turning back now. Great, what have I gotten myself into this time? "What do you want me to do?"
Fair enough. So, were there any other groups that could give Euclid some interaction? Because he seems to be the biggest problem. Like I said, Leon can simply go along with GM, wherever he plans on going. That only leaves Euclid, who would now be stuck without a counterplayer. For all intents and purposes, Rose might as well get eaten by a Grue.

Rose has informed me that she's dropping the RP.I really wish I'd known that before submitting my last post for GM; I could've let it end rather differently. Now I'm feeling quite stuck...

Derr... Somehow I've completely missed this one. So, here's a basic plan:
- GM drags Leon along, seeing as the latter just promised to do whatever the former wanted.
- Euclid can do whatever he wants. Seeing as he's currently in shock, however, he likely won't move a lot.
- If Bellua arrives first, Euclid can run from him. At some point during this escape, he can lose track of Rose, at which point we can let her fade out. Also, it allows for drama, which is always good (As long as it's not in the OoC thread).
- Alternatively, Muse arrives first, and Euclid goes along with him for some kind of protection. Seeing as it wouldn't be the first time Muse lost track of a character, this also provides an opportunity to let Rose fall off the island.

Does that work?

If by "season" you mean the previous incarnation of this RP, then no. To clarify, said previous incarnation got almost nowhere before Guildfall. The roleplayers had only met Godmodder (who at that time didn't even had that name) before one of them so conveniently asked for a demonstration of his power right before the crash of the site, thus inspiring this version of the RP. So in other words, all those little instances in which GM references people he used to know or the way that things were "before", he's referencing something completely different. Sorry I didn't clear that up earlier; I see now how that could've been misleading.

Okay, that works for me. In other words, you're just making him up.

Again though, who is Ara-something? :P
Uhm, Kaga? Who is Ara-something? Is it a player from the previous 'season'?
And then poor Leon broke down. Not everyone can actually stay cool when threatened like that, you know?

Also, that mental scream? Feel free to let anyone sensitive to it hear it.
The moment Leon saw GM's face change, he knew that this was going completely wrong. The man, for lack of a better term, was going in that weird state floating between acting normal and being ax crazy. Regardless of this, Leon was still shocked when GM suddenly pulled a katana out of thin air, then swong the deadly weapon at Rose at blinding speed. Leon couldn't help but flinch and close his eyes, not wanting to see the obvious outcome. It was not until a few seconds after GM spoke up again that he slowly opened his eyes. And this would be why you don't want to piss off a psychotic murderer with god-like powers, Rose. Silently, he watched as the scene unfolded before his eyes. Even now, so obviously threatened by death, Rose refused to give up. It made him feel sick about himself, about how easily he caved in. Yet at the same time, he really wanted the girl to stop taunting GM into an even deeper rage.
He had heard what he had wanted to hear. GM wasn't planning on killing him right now. He had managed to make himself useful, buying him a little bit of extra time. But... at what cost? He couldn't just let Rose get killed in order to save his own skin, right? Plus, what guarantee did he have that GM wouldn't just kill him afterwards? Something about the words he had used seemed a bit off...
The obvious contrast in emotions caused his face to be contorted. What should he do? What could he do? What force could possibly stop this being?

What was he thinking?!

"NO!," Leon yelled. "I- I can't- No-" Torn between wanting to save his own hide and not being able to just let people get murdered in cold blood in the process, the young man found it hard to find the right words, instead being reduced to just muttering in a broken voice and shaking all over. "Stop it, please. I'll do whatever you want. Just please, don't kill her..." Meanwhile, he let out a mental scream, praying for anyone to help them.
Also, quick question: Those semi-GMing powers all players have... can we say that they can get used when the players are in mortal danger, even though they never learned how to use them?

Admittedly, my original intent behind those words would've meant nothing for Leon to worry about. However, your worry from these words regardless has put all sorts of ideas in my head which, now that I think about it, would be far more in-line with GM's character .

...Me and my big mouth.
Waaiit... "performance analysis"? Why do I get a bad feeling from that choice of words? D:
