@Absolis@thewizardguy Character Concept#2 awaiting approval
Fredrick Arwell

After a long while of grandiose talk from people he knew nothing about, it was finally time to unwind. Rick was introduced to his room. "Nice digs." He comented shortly before he closed the door, took off his Tuxedo and shoes, and chilled with a bottle of wine. Ricky felt like a king, lounging around on his spacious king sized bed in this spacious room. Man, he thought, this was the perfect room to end a day in. Ricky landed a new high paying job, even if it was dangerous, but that was the norm for Ricky. Now all that was left to do was sprawl out on the most comfortable bed he has felt in ages and drink himself to sleep. He knew he would need every precious minute of sleep before his next mission.

His last thoughts before passing to dreamland was spent wondering who the other three new arrivals were. However, he figured he would have that all sorted out tommarrow, cross that bridge when he gets to it.
Name: Alice Jay James
Nicknames: Ace, the Ace of Clovers
Age: 19

Appearance: vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/dcanimate.. As Pictured but with the addition of Black Robes

Personality: Alice is a cynical, snarky, gloomy youth whose temperment is usually ambivilent. Due to her rough upbringing without her parents and being subjegated through isolation and testing at a young age, Alice spent most of her teenage years lonely and depressed. As such she is slow to warm up to people, and comes across as cold. She lacks experiance talking to most normal people and prefers to mask her distress with silence or sarcastic remarks.

Abilities: Psychokinesis: Ever since she born, she has had the special ability to both send out psychic waves and read them in other people, making her surprisingly empathic. Few can rival her psychic prowess, despite her age. Here are some of the ways her powers manifest:

Mind Reading: Without proper psychic protection, Alice can easily eavesdrop on other's personal and surface thoughts, almost like a radio station. She can accurately read thoughts miles away. In order to read into deeper thoughts requires additional concentration and is alot shorter ranged.

Telepathy: Alice can also hold a psychic conversation between her and a small group of willing individuals. The individuals in question must possess a brain that has similar proccessing capabilities to a human's brain.

Telekinisis: Alice can manifest her psychic powers to levitate objects off the ground. She can lift and throw tanks with ease, though anything heavier requires much more concentration. She can also use this ability to give her the ability to fly at a pace that can keep up with most land based vehicles.

Psychic Sheilding: Alice can form a sort of mental sheild to make her near impervious to psychic attacks. She can grant this protection to others, though is weakened the more targets that are affected.

Brain Wave Manipulation: Alice can control the natural energies released by the human brain. She can increase the power of these waves to the point it becomes harmful to the target or decrease them to the point that the target falls asleep. When turned up to extremes, for weaker willed individuals (such as NPCs or common humans) can cause massive amounts of pain, induce a canatonic state, or can even overload the brain to the point that the target's head litterly explodes. For stronger targets, it usually just stuns or temperarily disorientates them.

Bodily Control: Alice can manipulate her own body to the pinnacle of human extremes with her mind alone. She can give herself bursts of superhuman speed, strength, control breathing to perserve oxygen, can slow blood flow and hasten natural human healing, and can even force her own heart to stop and restart.

Electrokinesis: Alice can manipulate electricity itself with her mind. She can use it to shoot lightning that can cut through steel, create plasma sheilds to mitigate damage, and even use it as a defilbilator.

Warp Rending: Like many Psykers from Warhammer 40K, she can tear rifts into the warp, allowing her to take shortcuts through the immaterium to arrive in a diffrent location in real space. However, due to the immense power she weilds, she acts as a glowing beacon to any Chaos Daemon(s) nearby.

Psyker Similarities: Unless otherwise specified, has similar powers to psykers from Warhammer 40K.

@Absolis@thewizardguy I am thinking of making a second character.
Mortainius

Mortainius was in an humiliating position. Thanks to is own incompetency, his army was now motionless and outgunned. On top of that his Rainbow Rod was temporarily out of commission, leaving him helpless before the mech. Even Mortainius knew the folly in trying to take down something that massive and fast with mere infantry. Alas, Mortainius had to play the card he hoped he never had to play.

Mortainius told one of the tank operators to raise a white flag and another to put the megaphone up to his face. "All minions, stand down! Drop your weapons! We are surrendering!" He then spoke to the mech. "I, the Magnificent Major Mortainius, one of the greatest military tacticians in the Alliance of Conquerors, recognize your superior strength! I am bestowing upon you a high honor! I will cease all hostilities in exchange for the lives of my minions! We are now your prisoners, and we ask for your mercy oh strong one!"

Mortainius told one of his men to offer the Rainbow Rod, as it is customary for a commanding officer to surrender their weapon as well to the enemy officer, as the sealing deal for the surrender. The fate of Mortainius and his comrades were now in the enemies' hands...
@thewizardguy Welp, looks like the Imperium will be kind of upset once they find out was is happening in Winnipeg.
@thewizardguy Would Enki be affected by EMPs?
Mortainius

Mortainius heard what the voice said and saw the mech's head glowing red and knew that it wasn't good. After all, glowy red stuff was always bad! While Mortainius did not fear giant lasers, he did not want his army to be vaporized. It then occurred to Mortainius that he may not be able to stop the firing process, but he COULD change it's direction. Mortainius attempts to fire a purple ray at the mech's feet, turning parts of it into non-conductive concrete, which would destabilize its footing causing it to slip, forcing the beam to fire in a different direction, or at the very least delay it. Unfortunately, fortune was not in Mortainius's favor, as the ray backfired and turned HIS body into concrete!

Fortunately, Mortainius could still aim his staff at the mech, though the fact that it backfired meant he could probably only get one more shot off before the mech's laser was finished charging. He would still stick to the plan of destabilizing the feet, but this time he would attempt to manifest the yellow ray. "Rainbow Rod!" He shouted. "Now is NOT the time to backfire!" And it backfired. The Rod released a powerful EMP that would disable all electronics nearby. This would include the Mech assuming it was affected by such things, but unfortunately it would also affect him and the rest of his army, leaving them little more than sitting ducks just waiting to be vaporized. And on top of that, the Rainbow Rod would be disabled for about a minute or two meaning he won't be able to defend himself.

"Welp." Proclaimed Mortainius. "This is gonna suck!"
