I'm on the 10th day of looking for an RP where I can drop my new superhero OC idea. Hate dry spells.

Do people hold a neverending grudge against you if you take the last cookie?
You should probably post this in the 1x1 interest check section, much more people looking for this kind of stuff there. Also, you've only posted this earlier today, no need to bump 4 times already.
You can either have a fast tanky armor or a strong tanky armor, but not a strong, fast and tanky armor. However, if your idea of using this 'strength' is to hold up structures and stuff alike, you could change 'strength' to 'thoughness' and use the thoughness of the suit to support the structure instead. That way he is tanky and mobile, without also having OP offensiveness.
Also, I like for you to have some weak spots in the design. Not only for the sake of having some flaws to work on RP wise, but also because if a villain with a quirk that could enhance the armor steals it, the heroes at least have a chance. Stuff like reduced plating in between the shoulders as a result of the mobility. Otherwise heroes who can't do anything against it have to rely on heroes like Frin, Yuzo or Endeavor to take him out of his shell.
You could start out with a small pocket kinetic generator but without the generator part. Those things have a small object in a casing that can move around, so when you have high speed and you suddenly stop, a part of the lost kinetic energy is transfered to it, making the small object inside move. She can use this not only to save energy when starting to move again, but also she could drain small amounts of it to make new constructs.
Okay, so what you are saying is that your character, who basicly has a fastly regenerating stamina as a quirk (including a small healing factor) and a lot of experience thanks to this quirk, also has a giant exo-suit that is super heavy, super plated, super strong and at the same time is pretty fast for its size?
NO.
As a person who already has trouble making characters myself without making them OP (I mean, Frin basicly has no drawback on his quirk except going rampage when overheating and he has natural counters of heat... probably should fix that a bit as well...), even I clearly see that this would be considered more of an end boss rather than a player.
While considering the fact it has a short energy limit, an hour of supply per 'cheap' battery is MORE than enough to take down almost anything, and even when that runs out, having 3-inch steel as 'regular' plating is enough to slow most things down, leave alone his 5 inch shields.
And then there is his strength. I get that you need a lot of it to be able to actually use the thing, but tenfolding his regular strength? An average person has 50 to 100 lbs for strength in a normal punch. That's at least over 200 Newtons. Considering he is on the weak side for example, that means a normal punch in the exo suit is over 2,000 Newtons, and that's not even considering the fact that his fist is inside a steel glove that protects you from the counterforce while adding strength to the punch. That should be more than enough to break a normal person's rib and then some more in 1 move.
And even when the whole suit fails, he still has his own abilities. He is agile and smart, which could be enough to win most fights by making the right moves. A pretty good back-up on top of an overal OP suit that can be used by basicly anyone as long as it has enough energy? That's FAR too much.
If the suit wasn't there, or was at least very basic, it could work. But since he has the suit, the only one that is even able to RIVAL him, is All Might (in top condition) himself, and I'm not even sure he would be able to win against that suit. I mean, you have many different kind of characters: glass cannons, walking fortresses, agile tricksters and anything in between. But this suit on its own is a death ray with a very strong forcefield and above average speed on top of that.
Sorry if I sound very negative about all of it, but there are so many things that need to be fixed about this.
First of all, make his strength less. The suit should be able to carry most of the weight on its own, so having 'tenfold' strength is completely unnecessary. Even doubling or tripling it should be enough.
Secondly, the battery that causes him to get such strength? You could use it instead to get a burst of extra strength and speed. Not as much as the original idea, and with a far shorter supply (5 minutes max should be enough to start off with). Using this would even make for more interesting action, as you would need to decide when it's the right time to use it, and further on in the story you can get upgraded versions of the battery, increasing this supply.
Last, make him slower. He is already very tanky and decently strong on his own, no need to add more agility.
The plating and weight can stay as they are as long as the other 3 points get nerfed.
Again, sorry if I sound so negative about all of this, but if it wasn't for this suit, you could get accepted. But I really can't accept the character as it is.
I actually disagree with @olcharlieboi on the part where he wouldn't get many points in the practical entrance exam. I mean, even people like Toru (the invisible girl) got through. The robots are able to get beaten without being very strong, as long as you play it smart. Key elements where the UA looked at during the practical were information gathering, mobility, discernment and pure combat abilities. Having even one of those abilities would be enough to get points. So far he looks good to me though.
