"I don't eat so much for my breakfast," Selova replied. She'd thought she'd adjusted with her new life well enough, but some of her inherent habits never change. "Usually I would have a bigger portion if I woke up in an earlier timing, its pretty late in the morning to be frank..."

The voice from the hulkish figure sounded more like a roar to her, especially in a place like a quiet tavern, but her usual tall composure was maintained as naturally as breathing.

"I'm not really a Knight actually," She took a few remaining bites on her food, her grey eyes glancing upon the giant's. "Father passed on months before my knighting, and so I moved on to the mercenary's line of work."

"Name's Selova Ajes," She gave away her usual smile. It was rather surprising to know that that Hafrbjorn wasn't part of the guild yet, because he looked like someone who had been here for a long time.

"Uhh, Morning..." Selova's foot creaked on the stairs upon stopping for a moment to see a figure that made her look short in comparison. Her late father have met burly guys like him, and she'd trained with people with two, or even three times her height as a child. But seeing a person with a large build on her third day of her new job was something different to her. Its been more than half a decade since she'd felt short for once. Perhaps she'd really lived a sheltered life after all this while, Is the Blood Rose Irregulars full of people like this...?

She walked towards the tavern table in glideful steps, taking a seat near Hafrbjorn as she grabbed a loaf of bread. She was on her linen dress, without her armour or even her sword by her side, and calluses are showed throughout her hands and forearms. She took a couple of bites on her breakfast, not being sure what to do in such a situation. She was new to the mercenary's band, and the presence of him felt like it filled the entire tavern itself. Got to finish my breakfast, before setting out.
Ouch... flashbacks sucks >_>
Its getting late here and tired, but I will tweak on my grammar tomorrow morning ~

"I'm Selova Ajes," Selova replied, being relieved that she wasn't questioned further on her latecoming, "I fight with my sword usually, and I'm not good in magic. So I fight in the front lines, most of the time I guess,"

The other two newcomers of the mercenary group, Isbeil's introduction sounded okay, but she found Ehri's rather strange to her. She'd never heard of anything like skinchanger or Old Blood, but throughout that part Selova nodded as if she understood what the lady of wolves and eagles was explaining.

Tavern

Selova sat along the table, taking a couple of sips on her goblet of wine. The Blood Rose Irregulars wasn't anything out of the ordinary: just a giant and a one-eyed girl called 'Octavia' who seemed to have drank too much. Being new to the group, she was unsurprisingly the less talkative one, and she found herself nibbing on her plate of steak, pieces by pieces.

Morning

The tavern bed was less comfortable than how it was back home. Stretching out her achy shoulders, she washed her face at the washbasin as she descended the stairs, her yellow hair combed but still untied.
Janet

"Admiral? What's that?" Janet asked. She'd never seen any of those they call 'Admirals' in her third day as a pirate. But from how it sounds, it seemed higher than Captains.

"There's no need for us to wait for those damned Marines, these sea mines will slow them down," Janet dropped her bunch of wooden staves as they went floating about the ocean. What it would do to ships is self-explanatory. "Now we just need to get far enough, and after that sail to One Piece."

She tightened her scarf against the chilling breeze of the morning, speaking as if getting there was like getting to a nearby restaurant.

A seagull landed upon the ship, dropping a roll of newspaper before flying off with a penny from the ship deck.

Janet picked up the newspaper, skimming through the contents, not much of the world's events are of her concern anyways. Island of the Frozen Saint? Sounds familiar. She read that article word for word, her pair of eyes frowning every time they picked up her own name in the article. "I burnt the town...? We rescued them from those dogs who dared to call themselves pirates...!" She snarled, slamming the papers on the table, clearly she was written in a bad light, "And what's with that bounty of yours? Miyamoto Musashi!"

The list of bounty posters were shown on the same page:

Miyamoto D Musashi
20,000,000 Beri

Abbygail
14,000,000 Beri

Janet
13,000,000 Beri

Fell Rainer
1,150,000 Beri

With that, the ship sails for the next island.
I'm back I guess, sorry about disappearing without any notice >_<
Selova Ajes

Selova sat cross legged, her wooden backed chair letting out slight creaks against her chainmail. Her grey eyes squinted dreamily at the glare of the fireplace as she retied her braid with a yawn. Shoot... I dozed off... Upon hearing the whistle, she forced herself up groggily and donned her cloak with a hasty tug. Her previous quest was a peculiar one, though she didn't expect herself to make the cut for the Blood Rose Irregulars. She was surprised to find herself working along with a girl of the wolves for that hunt of the Fire Bear, but it was more of the long trip back to the citadel that seeps into her fatigue.

Was it wolves or eagle? Casting away her stray thoughts, Selova chucked her scabbard along her waist and reached for the door. "Sorry for taking so long," She snorted. So much for showing up late on the first day here... Her sleeves, though it looked neat and tidy, were more unkempt than she usually appears.
