Tweaked my old character a bit, but took longer than I supposed to :T

Aboard The White Pearl

That crazy Captain…. Arafael sneered at the sight of the seagulls. He was sure that the decision was of hers and hers alone. What have that old man Shakar been doing all this time.

Behind the railing of the marines ship was a tall lady of a neatly ironed Marine Uniform. A tall, young girl with golden, drooping down straight across the shoulders, a bristle dangling on the railings. She had a wooden staff, and alongside her was an old man, donned with a Marine coat. Beside her was a short old man with a few strands of grey. A longsword was by his side, the hilt & crossguard have a glint of sapphire.

Upon the tune of Handel’s Violin, the birds’ packages explodes into a rather spectacular fireworks. The Dragonfire burnt the remaining seagulls into a crisps. Both the pirate and the navy ship met each other by the broadsides, both ships are open to one another’s of their cannons, or even bullets. Those seagulls flew back to the Marine Ship, following the loading of the cannon from the Marine Side.

“Bakuto, can you torch them?” Alesia asked, the booming sound of the cannon fire rang across the horizons as a couple of cannonballs whizzed towards the ship of the White Pearl. Alesia deflected a cannonball with another one of the thrusting winds from her cutlass.
The Marine Sloop, East Sea

“Those aren’t the Shades Pirates,” A marine recruit reported, putting away the telescope. A pigeon flew by along the decks of the Marine ship, landing on the side of the Marine Captain.

“The hearsays are true, someone killed Valar?” Falir, the Captain of the Marines pushed her snail transponder to one side, sitting by the ship railings with her legs crossed, feeding a handful of sunflower seeds to the flock of pigeons. “They have intercepted my letter for Arafael,” Her bright yellow eyes squinted at the Jolly Roger of the Pirate Ship. One of the no name pirates have defeated Valar, from a stab wound.

"That Dragon Marine isn’t the kind to use a blade, but no matter, Bakuto would do.” Falir’s long and neatly combed hair reflects a slight tint of Orange.

“Perhaps we should wait on Arafael, we aren’t so sure on what those pirates could do,” The Marine Lieutenant Shakar folded his well built forearms beneath his Marine Coat.

“Don’t get me started with that stupid wolf!” Flocks of Seagulls flew off the Marine Ship, the Marine Captain turning away and shouting orders, “Prepare to engage!”

The stone faced lieutenant frowned, a few lines of wrinkles creased on his forehead.

The White Pearl
“Right…” Alesia sniffed at the sight of the enemy ship. The sails of the Marine Ship was tackled towards them. The hull of the Marine Ship slanting to meet on its broadsides. “We’ll escape, only after a few exchanges of cannons. The winds favour them...”

Seagulls flew towards the ship of the White Pearl, in droves of Dozens upon dozens.

The loud bark from the crew pet Arafael, had alerted her on those birds. Birds far from the harbour is peculiar enough. Each and every of the seagulls have something held on their claws: Bulky ‘packages’ that are wrapped in various colours. Bombs.

The first drove of bombing birds closens towards the white pearl Ship. As the Marine ship started to meet by the broadsides, a few deck cannons mounted towards the White Pearl.

“Shoot them down! They’re bombs!” Alesia’s Cutlass flashed in a whirling arc, a couple of seagulls swept away from her Thrusting Winds. The birds took off with a spectacular explosion.
May I know if signups are still open? Thanks ~
Brown Isles Harbour

The pet that Flint bought was surely larger than what she wanted, but it is better than what she’d expect. The whole fiasco surely made the whole ship well known throughout this island, Arafael thought, taking a couple of glances at the crew that took down the Pirate Captain Valar.

“Sure, no problem,” Alesia replied to Flint without much of a concert, as she looked at the treasurer Adam who had went down to sleep at the Hammocks, “We’ll need a few good charts for the voyage of the Grand Line, and on how to split the treasury, anyhow.”

Watching from the Stern, Alesia looked to see the White Pearl setting sail for the waters.

Out at Sea

Setting her quill down on the map of the East Seas, Alesia scribbled out a few charts for the entrance to the next sea, The Grand Line. Loguetown was the island for any decent goods and supplies on the ongoing Voyage. “Tsk…” Letting out an audible click of her tongue, the Captain of the Scarlet Pirates dipped the Quill onto the ink reservoir, before marking the ship current position with a blue ‘X’. About halfway there, and it would be by the next evening that they would ever embark on the next island. Not especially with the unfavourable winds. Alesia thought, before exiting the Captain Quarters with a loud slam on the creaky door. She should’ve been more generous in the purchase of the ship deed…

She pulled on a couple of foremasts’ ropes, to tack onto the winds. And what did the first mate want to talk to her about, that could only be said once they reached the port of Loguetown. And to remind her of a bar, she hoped that the bar of Loguetown wouldn’t be as bad as the one in the Brown Isles.

From the far horizons, a ship could be sighted. Alesia brought off a slight smirk at the faraway ship. “Merchant Ship, Prepare for Pillage---” On a closer look, the ship has something painted on the mast, a symbol of a simplistic drawing of a bird, that is painted in blue. Both terms start with the same alphabet, but the latter aren’t so pleasant as the first. “Those Marine Scums----”

Alesia cursed, the pet wolf of the ship howled at the seemingly familiar Marines.

A drove of birds flew above the White Pearl.

Erizalla would recognise it as the ones from the Bird Tamer Falir. And the last time, the Marine Captain Falir had sent bomb laden seagulls at Valar’s Ship.
Klaus

Klaus tried not to frown at the staggered response at those two owners of the pet Ennifer. Thy are just children, apparently. She’ll have to use that approach as a Knight, and even when she were to face a bunch of girls, there are ways to deal with them, and a thousand more things that she could do with a kind and innocent face. And she’ll be playing along with those 'childrens' farce, in one way or another.

“Goblins have just attacked here, and it wouldn't be safe for us Knights to allow you girls to venture outside alone.”

Klaus folded her arms beneath her dull grey coat. Should they spin out another of those wool merchants’ tales……
Cliffsides

That lady sure had her way of words, Alesia thought, as the dragon would slowly descend down towards the cliffside. “Right… hop on,” Alesia climbed back onto the head of the dragon, she was glad that any dispute for the plunder was placed aside for now. But the word ‘defect’ was a bit suspicious. Nevertheless, the more the merrier, she supposed.

Back to The White Pearl @everyone

Along the piers, the dragon flew towards the White Pearl. Arafael let out a few audible sniffs at the sight of the flying creature. The smell of the air was peculiar. Most of these are the same ones that were in the Olde Tavern of the previous skirmish, except for a few that he had yet to see before. Two of them had the smell of money. Have they defeated Valar or…? A lady that he had seen once, and it couldn’t be it, one of those people of Valar’s Crew. Arafael snarled at Erizalla, the enemy that he met a few days before. She is one of them…

“No!” Alesia patted on the fur of Arafael. The pet wolf’s howls turned to a whimper, albeit reluctantly. “Good boy ~” Alesia leaned against the railings of the upper deck. “I like this wolf, and it seemed our crew had a couple of new faces.”

Alesia smiled at the new pet, before turning to look at Coyote and Erizalla, “Oi, new guy, and Erizalla too, mind if you fetch a bit of dog treats? The kitchen is near the ship quarters.”

@Savato
The ‘pet wolf' was none other than Arafael, one of the Marines that fought the Shade Pirates in a couple of days before. A marine that ate a zoan fruit. The Wolf have a pistol hidden within his mouth, along with his sense of smell was how he killed the first mate of the Shade Pirates within the Black Mist. But its due to that Valar’s retreat that made some of his crew come in bad terms with the captain. Not to mention the Marine Captain Falir and the other lieutenant’s abilities……

“We’ll be setting sail for Loguetown!” Alesia ordered. And Falir Crew is still waiting for the Shade Pirates
The White Pearl @EnterTheHero@Stern Algorithm

Arafael looked at the burning forests. Handel was as resourceful as the rumours goes, but most associates had sure run wild and loose, or should he say ‘crewmates’? The results of the battle wasn’t so clear from that view of the harbour, all that can be seen was the same smoke from the swamps. Its fortunate for the wolf that the wind sweeps from the opposite end off the swamps, the coastal winds was as fresh despite the view of smoke.

But things on the side of harbour are as peaceful as it is now. Laying by the side of the decks, Arafael took another one of his so-called naps. It would be interesting to know, should the rest of this crew return from the forests.
Klaus

Klaus wasn’t surprised to see the two witches appearing like that. “Took you long enough,”

Klaus just stated without much concern to the two ‘girls’. She was surprised that the puppy did not do anything like exploding at the spot like the time at the forests. But good that the two ‘girls’ had showed their faces, they are those that they want to see after the whole puppy stint.

“Would you visit and explore Brennan’s keep, if you were to excuse us,...” Klaus approached the two girls and asked them. Getting back to the fort might be the best thing to do after the ‘interesting’ encounters. But she might consider herself 'more fortunate', for Fleuri sure took a bigger toll of those people, literally...
