Livius was someone who was thoroughly fascinated with human relationships. Watching the one-sided tension between Shizuka and Zac was pretty amusing overall. He would say something to the girl but he did't want to act out of line. Yet. He was so excited about finding a new friend, that he hardly browsed the menu! Livius was an odd young man--who could turn from a salacious miscreant to an innocent, excited child within a moment's notice. The complexity of his thoughts could go from solving "e=mc2" to "Wow! I want a cookie!" within two seconds. He turned to Shizuka, eyeing her eagerly as he spoke.

"I'll have... two cups of coffee! Extra black! Extra bitter! Aaaand... four eclairs!" He stated giddily, handing the menu back to Shizuka. Four eclairs, while being an immense amount that no person should ingest in one sitting, made Livius happy. Dietary health could be damned, only for one, short meal. These days, most of Livius's meals consisted of the four food groups: pastries, ice cream, cake, and cookies. It was an absolute wonder he stayed alive. However, the amount of exercise he got was more then enough to keep himself fit. Zac sure seemed to be a cheery fellow who never missed a beat. Livius would have fun seeing how far that attitude could go. "Project?" He quipped excitedly. "Engineering? Painting? A plan to assassinate the mayor? Baking?" The small tidbit about the mayor was slipped into his prodding questions easily, slyly. Livius quite enjoyed seeing how many funny reactions he could pull from people. 

"Ahh, this place is so nice!" Livius flopped backwards in his seat. "I'm a pastry chef at the Tiny Snowflake. And a pretty good one!" He added on. "Although... I wonder if this place pays more." He then gave a short chuckle. "If the boss saw me down here, he'd be sure to strange me!" Strangely, he sounded excited about that. "Aaanyways, less about me, more about you." Livius was a person who moved quickly, in all senses. His emotions, his gestures, and what he spoke about all shifted incredibly rapidly. It wasn't unusual for others to have trouble keeping up with his antsy, active attitude. "I feel like I recognize you. From somewhere. Maybe I've seen you around?" Livius seemed momentarily puzzled by the thought.

Physical Appearance: Mathias is an incredibly tall young man. He is often mistaken for being older than he actually is due to his features. Mathias stands at about 6'6", and is incredibly muscular. He has toned abdominal muscles and prominent biceps. His skin is pale, but it's rather healthy. His complexion is free of blemishes, with the exception of a few scars here and there from fights he's gotten into in the past. Mathias is heavily-tattooed, despite how young he is. He has tattoo sleeves, made in thick, black ink. The designs are intricate and include Nordic crosses, thorny vines and roses, as well as mechanical gears. Mathias has a thick and muscular body build, being a rectangular shape. He has a healthy posture and most often stands perfectly straight. He has a huge amount of raw strength and stamina, and it's immensely rare that anyone will actually try and pick a fight with him, due to his large size. Mathias has long legs, giving him a long stride. It causes others to hardly be able to catch up to him. Shorter people often have to jog or run to keep up with him, unless he slows down, which he usually does if he sees others struggling to walk beside him.

Mathias has a roguish and angular face, with incredibly handsome features. He has bright, curious green eyes framed by unusually long and luscious eyelashes. His eyebrows are also rather thick and he has a somewhat curved nose, with two scars running across the bridge of it. His jawline is quite angular as well as firm. His lips are on the thinner side and are pale. They often become chapped in the winter. But he almost always seems to forget to bring a chap stick with him when he really needs it. Mathias is very expressive with his emotions and due to the fact that he's a poor liar, he can hardly be seen attempting to fake his expressions. It's rarely that he'll even be able to fake a smile even when he really wants to. His hair is a deep blond and it's often styled upwards with gel. Due to his tattoos and hair, as well as how he dresses, others can most often mistake him for being a total delinquent.

Casual Clothing: Mathias is a person who is unusually tolerant to the cold. Due to that, he wears tank-tops and t-shirts year round, much to the astonishment of others. He can wear tank tops in the winter without getting sick at all. His color preference tends to be with black, grey and reds. He'll also wear flannel tops, but the sleeves will always be folded up to the elbow, and the top buttons will always be undone. Mathias enjoys wearing shorts (even short shorts) during the warmer seasons. He dislikes wearing really dressy clothes, and he prefers baggy pants or jeans during the colder seasons. It's incredibly rare for him to even feel cold, ever, so he parades around wearing whatever he wants, even during the winter. He'll also tend to wear silver rings with various Celtic and Nordic symbols, but they'll rarely have any gemstones in them.

Uniform: Mathias wears a black vest with silver buttons, with a purple dress shirt underneath. The top buttons of the dress shirt are always undone, exposing a large part of his toned chest. The dress shirt also has short sleeves, leaving his tattoos open for all to see. He wears black dress pants with two, purple stripes on each pant leg. He wears black boots with silver buttons. The golden symbol of the academy is also embroidered on the back of his vest.

Backstory: Mathias was born as the second son to a wealthy man in the Sinnoh region. They lived in Snowpoint, which was a city known for its frigid temperatures. His father was a CEO who had gone through many wives, and he wasn't the nicest man either. Mathias's mother was soon divorced and sent away after Mathias was born, and his father obtained custody rights. Mathias was mostly alone and was a child who was hardly spoiled. His older brother Leos was really the only one who acknowledged him. Leos protected him from bullies when he was very young. Mathias was a small child when he was much younger, leaving him as a target for bullies and such. But Leos often intimidated the bullies into leaving. Nikolai, only a year younger than Mathias, also was Mathias's friend, despite how grouchy he could be. Mathias spent a majority of his life surrounded by pokemon, and he obtained one at a young age. He often trained alongside it. Eventually, Mathias took to learning a military martial art named sambo, and went through several huge growth spurts. He soon became the largest and most muscular young man in Snowpoint. He also became a vegan.

Eventually, their father became incredibly ill, causing Leos to take over the company. Leos relocated them to KHoenn, leaving their father behind in Sinnoh to die alone. After relocating to Hoenn, Mathias joined a swim team, and volleyball team. He kept practicing sambo and would often win tournaments, causing him to become quite well-known within the city and later within the academy, after Leos had them enroll. Over the few years he's lived there so far, Mathias has managed to train an entire team of pokemon and become quite close to them.

Name: Nikolai

Casual Clothing: Nikolai keeps warm. He hates the cold. His autumn and winter clothes are extremely thick. He'll wear scarves and earmuffs. He doesn't like to wear mittens or gloves or anything covering his hands. He tends to prefer warmer colors, like reds, yellows, oranges as well as browns. He tends to wear over-sized sweaters where the sleeves are too long for him. And he'll also wear baggy sweatshirts. He does not like jeans and as a regular he tries to wear plain pants most of the time, or baggy sweatpants. For shoes, he'll wear boots or hefty sneakers. During the summer, he wears shorts and short-sleeved shirts. He dislikes showing too much of his body and skin, so he doesn't wear tank tops.

Uniform: Nikolai wears a large, over-sized, purple sweater with silver designs on it. He also has black, baggy pants with black dress shoes that he'll wear.

Backstory: Nikolai is the third son of an incredibly wealthy family. As the youngest, he became the least paid attention to. It didn't help that his mother had been poor before marrying his father. Nikolai was very small from a young age, as well as quiet and docile, prompting others to look at him as an easy target. However, his sharp wit, willingness to insult others without restraint, and the fact that his father was rich and influential, often deterred bullies from targeting him. Nikolai, although quiet, quickly befriended his two brothers. While he often bantered with Mathias, he looked up to Leos. His brothers were really his only friends, and they most likely still are his only friends. Eventually, Nikolai worked on becoming more athletic, inwardly not wanting to "lose" to Mathias. Nikolai became a runner and an acrobat, taking various lessons and working hard to improve his techniques. Nikolai was always intrigued by pokemon, and wished to go on his own adventure. Unfortunately, he was forbidden to, because his relatives wanted him to stick around. Despite being the youngest son, he was still considered "valuable". Eventually, his father became incredibly ill, leaving Leos to take over the company.

Soon after their father got sick, Leos relocated them all to Hoenn. Nikolai adjusted to the warmer temperatures quickly, and was actually rather thrilled when his brother told him he would be enrolling in a Pokemon Academy. Unfortunately, Nikolai would need to wait another few years before he was actually the age to get into the academy. Now, a couple of years later Nikolai has started his first year at the academy.

Casual Clothing: Leos is a young man of refined tastes. This definitely shows through in his wardrobe. Most of the time, he wears dressier clothing, such as waist coats and dress shirts. He will tend to wear button-up shirts or dress shirts casually. His color preference is black, white paired with one other color. He plans his outfits out in advance. During wintertime, he'll wear long black coats that go down to his knees. He mostly wears jeans and dress pants, and will usually wear dress shoes as well. He often wears scarves during the winter. During the warmer seasons, he wears flannel and button up shirts that he wears somewhat loosely. He'll is usually cleanly dressed, and disapproves of his brother's, Mathias's choices of wardrobe.
Uniform: A sleek, black dress jacket with silver buttons.  He wears dark purple pants.

Backstory: Leos is the first son to a wealthy father. His father was a good man who loved his wife, until she died of a terminal illness. Leos was too young to witness his father ever acting kind. Almost immediately after his mother died, Leos's father married another woman and had Mathias. And then a year later, he fathered Nikolai with another woman. Leos grew up feeling protective of his brothers, and found that he was their only role model in the world. Their father was cunning and intellectual, but cruel. Thus, Leos often attempted to inspire his brothers to be reasonable and kind. He would often teach them how to cook and take care of themselves. As the oldest son, Leos hardly had time for pokemon until later on in life. 

Most of his time was filled with company affairs and organizing business trades and alliances, as well as getting an education. He also needed to take care of his brothers, because of how neglected they were. Leos was the son who received the most attention due to being the oldest and the most responsible. From an incredibly young age, Leos had many responsibilities, preventing him from having a normal childhood. Still, he didn't mind. 

After his father became ill, Leos tricked him into signing a contract that would give Leos the entire company. No one else was ever told. Eventually, Leos had the company move to Henn. He only brought his two brothers with them, leaving the rest of their family behind. The other family members had never paid attention to them. Eventually, their father died. Leos enrolled his siblings in Lumi Academy.
