@Prisk I'll get to spending the 1000 gil right away!
First things first, though, upon reading Celise's sheet as well as the few IC posts, the two would have a comfortable working relationship (at least on his end), but Abysso's aversion to intimacy or prolonged physical contact might discourage the possibility for them to have any particular friendship outside of utility. Celise seems very warm and personable, and by no stretch of the imagination is Abysso the same way. Despite maybe failing to understand why she's so touchy-feely, if she's good at her craft, he'll have a healthy amount of respect and confidence in her. He happens to favor subtlety and stealth over the tanks and big mechs of the army, but that's just catering to what he does best.
He's a bit of a workaholic, so he's likely to spend more time in the labs and workshops than he is in his own dorm/barracks. Speaking of which, would they have roommates at this point? Abysso's attended Oakridge since he was very small, so if the class isn't massive the others probably would know him by face and name, and vice versa. Are there any extra curriculars or clubs available? Aside from having worked with other students from the Navigation Division, if the academy had any interdisciplinary programs or projects, he also would have an opportunity to work with students from other divisions, though I'm not sure if that's how the academy works or if they all generally stay to their own field.
He's trained in specifically the design and to a lesser extent the assembly of weapons, as far as mechanics go, and has a natural knack for pursuit and tracking people/creatures down. So if he was appointed/volunteered to help design weapons or armor for other students, or if someone from Research were to ask him pointers on what to look for while tracking specific creatures, he could know them that way. His circadian rhythm is asks completely awry, so if the dining hall or other facilities are open at odd hours, he'd be quite familiar with the other night owls. The largest congregation of spirits within him takes the form of two big, fluffy birds, and they kind of just do as they please, phasing in and out unless he's able to convey he needs their assistance. Would spirits be corporeal? That is, if one were to acquire enough spirits would they be able to have their spirits attack directly akin to a familiar or summon or is that unheard of?
