Yakima raised an eyebrow when the rope wrapped around his arm, feeling a surprisng strength hold back his arm. He didnt look back but instead focused on Shinzo. He lifted his right arm, blocking the kick but not realizing the Sokatsui. Fortunately, the kido instead exploded in Shinzo's own face. He took advantage, quickly aiming his right palm at Shinzo."Hado 32 Okasen" He fired a wide yellow beam at Shinzo from behind. It wasnt too strong but it was wide and did damage. He quickly followed up by shunpoing away, tightly gripping Ayas Horin. He yanked the rope with great strength snd would attemot to toss her at Shinzo afterwards.

Yakima raised an eyebrow as the two of them came at him. Aya using a hado at the last second while the male took advantage of Ayas attack.Interesting, so they can put their differences aside Yakima jumped back as Aya attacked him, unsheathing his zanpakuto and hitting Ayas blade upwards in a flash. He followed up by quickly clashing blades with Shizo, holding him at bay with his spiritual pressure."Not bad, but the two of you will never touch me if you keep on attacking me like that." Yakima sent a quick punch towards Shinzos stomach.

Yakima slightly smirked for a second, seeing the two of them putting their differences aside to fight him. But it vanished before it could be seen, returning to his stoic face "Good, hope you two are ready for a field trip. Sentan Hakuja." A long white cloth extended from his sleeve. He spun it above their heads, the cloth tightening around them and engulfing them in a white glow. A second later, they were gone.

The three of them appeared on the very outskirts of the Soul Society, on a lsrge open grassfield. "Usually we spar with bokkens but im feeling extra rebellious today. So the both of you come with your swords drawn and ill do the same. Fight as if your lives are on the line" He said as he placed his hand on his hilt, waiting for them.

Yakima walked out to the courtyard, where a large number of shinigami had collected. He sighed First those now all these recruita...goddammit He walked out to the front of the gathering, his arms behind his back. He cleared his throat "I am the captain of this squad, Yakima Saiyo. I know some of you may be unhappy with these new changes of recruitment. However, that should not deter you from joining. The experience we gain is hands-on experience, something training can never make-up for. We'll be having have spars just to gauge everyones strength and what role they could fit into the squad. If you need any help or wish to find someone to spar, then find some of the shinigami watching over these exercises. Begin" Yakima turned away from the crowd as they began to spar with each other "Now for you two troublemakers. I have a feeling someone will get hurt if I let you spar with them so I have something else planned. Either you two can spar each other or the two of you can spar me If they sparred each other, than he was fine with that. They woukd spar with a bokken with things getting slightly hectic at worse. But he had something more fun planned if they chose the latter.

Yakima raised an eyebrow as another female shinigami came barging in on top of the male shinigami who was knocking on the door before. A shiver went down his spine as the female shinigami spoke loudly. For some reason, he had a feeling things wouldn't be as peaceful anymore. Before he could say anything, the male shinigami gotnup and began to scream at Aya.

Yakima watched in silence for the beginning half, not wanting to interfere. However, one thung annoyed him. The fact that the male called Aya a bitch. He stood up and shunpoed between the two, placing a firm grip on Shinzo's shoulder "I don't care what has gone on between the two of you but theres no reason to call a woman a bitch. Now I'm guessing you two want to join my squad. Thats good, but we treat everyone with respect here. If you two are gonns join my swuad, youre gonna have ti get along got it? Now if you want to join, follow me" He walked out the door, whether they decided to join or not. He could see the potential in them but it was up to them whether they wished to join or not.

Yakima was peacefully working on his paperwork, his window open with a soft breeze coming. The sounds of birds chirping at the right volume not to bother Yakima. As he was about to finish a signature, a knock came from the door. The bird flew off at the knock, Yakima letting out a sigh as he placed his pen down "Come in" He picked up his papers and put them on a neat stack at the edge of his desk. He stuffed the rest of the papers inside his drawers before the shinigami came in. He waited, staring at the door with his arms crossed.

Yakima listened to Sai as he drank his tea, not entirely sure if her method was for him. Although, it would be a waste if he asked her and didnt bother taking her advice I'll have to try that out on some if my squad members...getting to know them He shuddered a little bit at the thought.

He was relieved that they had some food. Yakima couldn't continue his day without his pre-lunch meal. A small cake was brought out in front of him "....." He took a small bite Not bad adtually He looked up at Ashido who was leaving, nodding to him "Til next time"

He got up offnhis seat and bowed to the remaining captain. He exited the shop, shunpoinf back and making it to his office in no time. He took a seat, letting out a sigh of relief and starting on his paper work

Hatake, uours are mosly fine but we can only join squad 4,10 and 13 fo now so you'd have to change their squads

@Kitsune Hmm, yours isnanlittoe tricky. Usually we put post limits for shikais to limit them but the way your shikai is, it wold be unfair to put both >.< so Id say its fine unless kurisa sees any problems with it
