@Mr Allen J Mouse is accepted, as for Charlotte.. Well, her ability sounds exponentially above a grade 4. I like it though, quite a lot really. Tone it down a smidge so she has room for development and I'll accept her.

Well, 4.5 is a relatively high power grade to have for someone so young, especially as these power grades almost always improve with time. This power also seems quite promising and something that Savior would like to get their hand on, so, yeah, I'm cool with you keeping her age the same. @Mr Allen J

I expect to have more than one of these "prodigy" characters that are under the age of 18. I myself will have a character like this as well.

@Mr Allen J @ColouredCyan @Lady Sven @solaruin Also forgot to mention that all heroes will be needing a costume and an alias, as the school bars students from ever actually revealing their true identity to their peers. That isn't to you can't IC, just that it's a big no-no at the school.

Also, ages are going to be limited to 18+ for the most part, unless you're an exceptionally talented young aspiring hero that has earned themselves a scholarship to this fine school, after all, it is a hero university.

@solaruin Depends on how powerful these shields are, as well as exactly how you could use these shields. Though, I personally would put them at about a 3.5 or so. Remember, these abilities are ranked on how many non-zenith humans you would be able to take out yourself before you where overwhelmed or taken down.
