I'll have to think of this some more. Part of the concern I have is that, if and/or when the RPG becomes PVP, Villia would be able to simply shrink opponents who are PCs or screw with their powers. Even if it's not a factor, it might make battles simply one-sided.

@Lost Cause

Take your time. As usual, give me a mention when your character's ready.

@Weird Tales
Hold up. Yeah, while I like the idea of the nun lady... rape is not an acceptable topic in this RPG. Not because of my personal standards (though I'd still reject gratuitous rape backstories regardless) but mainly because of the site's standards. And other people's standards, since some people find it offensive.

Also, while I get that she's not one to kill everyone, but her powers even state that a slight whisper is powerful enough to inflict tons of pain. It doesn't exactly irk me as it probably should, but I'd probably edit up a bit to make her less of a person of mass destruction.

@Vesuvius00
Pretty interesting character. I have a question regarding: "Depending on the World, the Mode will be different." What conditions would these worlds have to be to enable either set 1 or 2?
"Bloody exchange rate..." The bar's manager said as he read up on the currency. Having a world that caters to all worlds has its problems. Especially in economy. The list was perhaps longer than a basic Terms of Agreement from Apple as it showed various rates. In this case, he was trying to find one for a recently shown currency: bottlecaps.

As much as he couldn't believe it, there was at least one society that was devastated enough to consider the caps found on cola bottles to be viable currency. He grumbled upon finding how they'd convert to the Multiversal Currency, Muros.

"PENNIES!? THEY'RE BASICALLY PENNIES!?" 0.01 Muro. That's how much a bottlecap would be worth. His exclamation could he heard in the bar, though muffled. He was thankful that his bartender refused the payment. It'd have been a nightmare to count whatever bottlecaps the new patron had.

Jason awoke to the sounds of fighting outside his room. He looked out and saw Gojira fighting MUTO. However, he paid no mind to it and tried to go back to sleep, wondering where to go once his ship's fueled.

After the bartender handed Rin another drink, he glared to Augustus. He cleaned the glass as he kept his stare. He'd use his signature spit in the glass trick, but health inspectors stopped him from doing that. He handed August a sarsaparilla then coughed up.

"How'd you be payin'?" He asked him.

Elsewhere in the bar, William Noah read from a book. It was his favorite hobby... Well, to be fair he borrowed said hobby from a friend. Many people would think twice to wear a baggy robe like William had in this heat, but William didn't mind it. That's when a woman entered the bar and demanded to know where she is and what year it is. He sighed and put a bookmark in the book before he closed it. Chapter 14 will have to wait. And he just got to the good part too.

"You're on the Western Planet. Year... Well, that's a long story. Right now, it's 211 M.E... Are you good with Gregorian calendars? Think it translates to... 2015?" He said to Shezow.
@Lmpkio

Well, not quite. I did say that newer bios would fall under the rule. Though if it wasn't that, then it'd mainly be that Springtrap was a character in a horror game and his powers reflect that.

Okay, that might not make sense, but let me explain: part of what makes horror scary is that the victim is usually weak while their stalker/killer/what have you always has the upper hand until the climax.

This can't convey well in RPGs. You can make a horror RP work, but this is no Horror RP. Especially since the characters tend to be stronger than the threat that is scary because the people fighting them are usually weak against it. Let's say Gojira got in a fight with Springtrap. Gojira would probably come out on top in less than a minute.

Gojira works because her powers can be translated well for an RPG like this. Springtrap (and by extension, Creepy Pasta characters) mostly wouldn't because they were made with horror in mind, which extends to being stronger than an average man.
@Psyga315 Oh so just actual OCs and no like alternate canonical characters (excluding Gojira)? Awwwww... Alright then.

Alternate canon characters are acceptable too.
@ActRaiserTheReturned
@Lmpkio

... I'm definitely not feeling these characters.

@Dead Cruiser
Half of those powers are alright. It's these powers I have concern with:

Counter spells (negate purely magical powers),
Change the target of instants and sorceries (redirect magical powers that do not summon creatures),
Swap power and toughness (distort the offensive power and durability of his summons or enemies),
Tap creatures (temporarily immobilize or neutralize enemies using wind and water),
Return permanents to their owners' hands (unsummon creatures and other summons),
Give -1/-0 (shrink his enemies to ineffectuality),

@Green Rhapsody
Accepted.

I have updated the rules somewhat. Semi-Canonical OCs like Gojira are acceptable, but other than that, OCs from this point on, at least for the first characters, should be from Earth (our Earth, no variant, though you can have it be from any time sans future due to it being unwritten). This at least brings a bit of the original concept to mind.
@Lmpkio, do you really think it's the best idea to immediately force a fight scene on everyone trying to introduce their characters?

Also, a rule about only OC's from Earth and canon characters was just posted to be enforced so um. I mean it's for new characters but I think that kind of applies to the latest bios.

It was implemented right as I posted the OP, which Gojira was posted about a day or so prior to. Latest bios would be Springtrap and Old Man to name a few.
And so it begins.
There’s a point where it tips…

“SHE’S HATCHING!!!” Squads of men in white armor marched towards a screaming girl as everything around her starts breaking apart and being blasted away.

There’s a point where it breaks…

Glass shattered as the girl drops lifelessly. The soldiers didn’t mind that, as their eyes focused on a gigantic bird monster emerging from the dark aura.

There's a point where it bends…

It caws viciously as it flies forth with armies of smaller birds follow her. The birds all looked to be far different from the people they were attacking, as the birds popped out, more akin to cheap internet gifs than real birds. They flew and dive-bombed at the soldiers, exploding on impact.

And a point where we just can’t take anymore…

Only one person was in the sights for the Albatross Witch though: an aging old man who looked fair for his day in a white tuxedo, his barricade now gone thanks to an impromptu bombing run.

“Admiral. At aproxminately 15:00 Multiversal Time, a Witch had formed in Sector HNGR. What are your commands?” A woman walked into the office of one of the bigger factions formed from the Multiversal War, Zyguard. The Admiral turned around on his chair and eyed the papers she had in her hand. She placed them on his table. The Admiral picked up the papers and read through the details regarding the Witch and her past life.

“… They just keep on coming.” He muttered. “Nagato, dispatch a team of Hunters there. Standard clean-up duty. If they spot any Incubators, they are to capture them. Elimination is an option, but discouraged.” He said.

“Roger.” Nagato said as she exited the room. The Admiral sighed. He pulled out some more papers, one detailing a world that had been built as a refugee camp for a world devastated by a recent clash between Incubator-supporting cultists and a group of Space Marines. There had been a rumour that the Incubators have set their sights on it. He pressed on a button.

“Tommy, do you read me?” He asked.

“Yeah. I hear ya.” A voice answered on the other end.

“Are you on Planet WSTRN?” He asked.

“Yeah. I’m… in the middle of something though.” That’s when the Admiral could hear fighting on the other end.

“Oh no… You’re not fighting, are you?” He asked.

“No. Someone else is.” Tommy said.

Tommy Orion could see a group of bar patrons tossed over the pool table in the bar. He looked at their assailant. He wore a white fedora and a tattered gray scarf. He had also been adorned with a black suit and silver stripes that resembled a ribcage. He had a helmet that matched that of a skull. Tommy readied himself. He has heard of rumours about this man. Once he pulled out a gun, he was ready to fight. Tommy was about to touch his bracelets before the skull man fired in the air.

“Leave.” He told the patrons. They got up and ran off. Tommy looked at the figure for more details. The gun he held was a bit bulkier than what he had heard of, and he never recalled him ever wearing a belt buckle that looked like a broken W. Instead of blood red eyes, they were large compound eyes and obviously, there was a scarf but no cloak. The skull man turned to Tommy. The man pushed the lever of his belt buckle and pulled out a USB from it. His armor broke apart in a gust of wind as it revealed a man with short black hair.

“You’re not who I thought you’d be.” Tommy sighed in relief.

“And just what were you expecting?” He said.

“… Some urban myth. Something you wouldn’t have heard of.” Tommy said. The man shook his head and walked upstairs.

Jason Troy retired to the room he had rented out in the bar while his ship, the Fenette, charged up for another trip into the Multiverse. He had just attacked some rowdy cowboys for harassing a tavern wench and the fighting tired him out. He looked out the window and saw the setting sun sweep over the western setting.
War of the Multiverse

Refugee Planet Code WSTRN, or Western Planet for short, was seen as a vacationing place for people travelling the Multiverse. The long, multiversal war would be tiring for everyone involved, and a few end up vacationing on this planet.

The planet had a large, expansive desert full of cattle and enough livestock to last a lifetime. The main attraction was its settlement, filled with about 120,000 citizens, to the point where it stopped being a refugee planet and more of a hub planet, a place where people stop to rest. There were tons of General Stores to stock up on supplies or become rich, bars to entertain guests, and hotels to stay in for the night. There were also wagons to take for transport to related worlds.

For whatever reasoning be, some of these people, (The PCs) have wound up on this planet for more than just a vacation. Some may have something important to do here, like espionage or assassination, while others might be hiding out from either authoritarian factions or warring worlds. However, what they have in mind will be up to the players to decide.
Alright, I'm just gonna quickly skim the sign ups.

@Dead Cruiser

Blue's sort of hard to RP due to its nature. Elemental magic + summon magic's alright, but metamagic is probably iffy to some GMs. Might help if I had an exact list of what spells he can do.

@Weird Tales

I can see that (I like it), and it'll be very interesting considering one of the main antagonists do nasty things to souls in ways Renaissance-era Satan would approve of, something Christians are very sensitive about. Give me a mention if/when the sheet's done.

@VitaVitaAR
@Dblade26

Everything looks good. Accepted.
@Dead Cruiser

Hm... Not sure what to say. Just to clarify, is your character able to summon monsters and spells as seen in the Magic TCG? I was in an rpg where that was the case for one of the Planeswalker, but he had a massive library that it might seemed op in an Rpg setting.
