Gonna get really critical* about myself so this is a more personal bitching towards me for how I've been with roleplaying lately.

Since I fell out of the loop with my one friend weeks ago,I've noticed the...problems I've had getting back into the hobby. I really want to do more stories with others,to expand on my setting and to have fun,but it seems every time I do I run into something I find unsatisfying or just can't stand and it drives me away for a few days. The only thing I can say is making me do this is because I've become so accustomed to my one friend,how we roleplayed and thought was the same,that everything else seems unappealing compared. The standards I have are set at a bar that essentially makes for very few to actually get past the first few posts and it sickens me how complacent I've been,not striving to improve on anything that I don't think I could even get into the advanced section.

I love this hobby,I do. I've always enjoyed writing stories,especially with others,but with how narrow a field I've made for potential roleplayers and how I've essentially stopped striving to improve myself I've effectively made this hobby stagnant for me and it really sickens me.

*Not critical,but...meh.

I have the same problem. I have a good friend who went by Destroyer4292 that I used to role play with all the time. I call him a close friend and he has a new account on here that I found by looking his old username up on google. Just so happen to link to this website and his new name. I do miss the days we role played and I was hoping he was still on here today, but he hasn't been online for over 2 months.

"Crazy" characters
I like the concept of mental illness being a character trait. Hell, I've had characters who suffer from some form of illness. What I hate is when someone has a "Crazy" character and thinks that Crazy=LOL Randumb, schizophrenia=psychopath/The Joker, or some other Hot Topic thing. I find it insulting to people who actually have mental illness.

I have schizophrenia and I can confirm it does not make you crazy IF you take care of the symptoms. Yes, sometimes hearing things can drive someone nuts, but I've learned to silence the voices that aren't good for me. Such voices that tell you to do bad things or tell you to kill yourself those are the ones you want to say, "Hey I AM NOT going to do such things." It can be work, sometimes, but have to live with it.

OOC: *I don't really want to get involved with the current fight all of you are having, because I feel like Goku especially Goku white omni god form would totally throw things out of proportions lol.*

Goku thought quickly about the situation. The people around him were scared out of their minds at what was happening. Goku smiled and let his guard down.

He beckoned to the Frieza ink form and quickly left the cafe. The Frieza ink form followed him smirking as he went. Goku brought him to the sky where they could fight without causing damage to the surrounding area.
"Come now fight me!" Goku exclaimed and readied himself again.
The Frieza ink form quickly moved in and attacked Goku. Goku dodged the attack and tried a hammer fist attack. Again it went through the ink form, but this time the ink surrounded Goku's fists and had him trapped.
Frieza just laughed and kicked Goku in the stomach multiple times. Goku again thought quickly and put energy into his fists. Immediately the ink dissipated and he was free.

"Hmmm it seems to be susceptible to energy blasts." Goku thought.
Goku readied a Kamehameha.
"KA ME HA ME HA!!" Goku yelled and released his energy blast.
The blast completely engulfed the ink form of Frieza and afterwords it was gone.
"Well, that was fun!" Goku said as he surveyed his surroundings. He could sense that something wasn't right, but not where it was. The energy was either being masked or too low to see.

When the GM expects more than what category they posted the RP in. It's called casual for a reason people not advanced. >.<

Can I join this RP? I've been a fan of Elder Scrolls since Oblivion so my knowledge of Morrowind is very little.

"You Are Your Avatar"

Goku was amazed that the cafe served noodles and had just eaten his 10th bowl when the strangest thing happened. An ink image of golden Frieza had appeared out of nowhere.
"Monkey what are you doing here?!" The inked version of Frieza said raising a hand to do his signature move. The death beam.
"FRIEEEZA!!" Goku exclaimed and hurriedly got up from his seat. He went to ssj blue and readied himself for the fight.
The version of Frieza laughed and shot several death beams at Goku. Goku used afterimage and evaded all the shots. He then quickly shot forward and punched Frieza. His hand went right through the ink.
"No way!" Goku said and jumped back from Frieza.
The Frieza just laughed and shot more death beams.
"It's useless to fight!" He said.
