So I'll be having two NPC factions rather than one show up today. As was planned before, the one won't be an immediate concern. But the newest one will be, yes yes.

Whelp as of right now Arcadia has attracted more attention than it prolly should've. So lets just say this is going to hurt you guys a lot more than me.

NPC organizations and characters won't typically have an application until they're fully established and you know a lot about them. Till then, what your up against will be learned through the RP primarily. Some may be canon though, so you can just google in that case I pose, but there may be twists to the pre established formula that can trip you up if you're reliant on that.

Yes I'm just waiting on people to do things they said they'd do over PMs. But like I said before start using terminals, otherwise you guys are gunna be sitting there for awhile.

Apply the 40k universe before doing something like that. I will hurt you. Also Chaos will be NPC'd like I said until you and True can figure out an arrangement together about how that'll work methinks. It won't really matter at the moment though I don't think.

Lets try to go to some universes before we have a climatic battle with chaos. Doing big, gigantic things like this is attracting attention to this world. Keep that in mind, and don't say I didn't warn you guys if something horrifying happens. At the same time there isn't much to do on Arcadia at the moment. That was the intent of the Terminals, so if you want to do something or prepare, I'd suggest using them to go to other universes.

The Gm appears to have left, or at the very least is currently not sufficiently active to be accepting or rejecting characters.

Considering your char is well within the current power scheme, and doesn't seem to be broken in any way, it should be fine. Just assume he's accepted until the GM returns.

God Emperor is fighting Chaos, but since they aren't actually on planet yet nor are their minions, nothing is immediately happening because of it. But there's a warp storm just sitting there. So they'll inevitably eventually come out, but this planet eventually getting invaded by greater powers isn't anything new.

It does mean you guys should prolly start using Terminals soon.

A nice breeze flowed through the city, but it was much cooler than it should've been, or so the Oni thought. A City was usually bustling with activity, but this one was really dead. Very few people were here, and she doubted a single one of them were its natural inhabitants. Some of them may well have fit in perfectly fine at Gensyoko, rather than the Outside world. But a city like this being abandoned was madness, even going beyond the fact she was ripped out of Old Hell against her wishes and brought here.

She had been pondering the nature of this incident for the last half an hour as she walked among the ruins of this city. It hadn't just been abandoned, but parts of it were being grown over by nature. It wasn't as if everyone had just left; rather, it was if everyone had simply stopped existing. That was almost as worrying as arriving in this world in the first place.

Though at some point she had decided to start stalking the girl had in turn been stalking someone else. There really wasn't anything to do other than take swigs from her gourd and take in the scenery. But seeing as though she was an Oni and this person was a human, she'd just abduct them so as to have someone to talk to. Besides, there seemed to be someone going back and forth between this city and somewhere else. Kanakuma wanted to follow where they went and poke around. It'd be more interesting than here, and maybe there'd be people.

With a final swing of her gourd, she set off down the street at break neck speed, charging after Isabel A Whirlwind of destruction followed in her wake, and the only thing Isabel's high quality eyes would make out would be a clearly drunk girl with horns charing after her at superhuman speeds.
