Of the top of my head there's D&D (d20 system), gurps which is a d6 system (you have lower stats, but basically you have to roll under your score to be successful), and I know of mekton, which uses a d10 system similar to D&D.

I've been trying to get on in vain, I've been swamped with work and family obligations as of late so I haven't been able to come and say that I can't really be here for this at the moment. I do apologize and hope that once I again have free time this will still be as strong as it is now

Allows him to change himself into anyone, copying their features, voice, and even clothing.
Bio: An orphan, Brandon was always one for mischief, and got in trouble fairly often. He never did anything truly evil however. One night while breaking into a cemetery just to look around, he noticed a large mausoleum that looked rather unkempt. Breaking in he found that there were no coffins or skeletons, just a lone stone that looked like a cross between a diamond and opal. It was sharp and jagged as if it had been broken and it's color seemed to constantly change. The second he touched it it vanished and the whispers started. He could never quite make out what they say but for some reason he didn't freak out. He chalked it up to more delusions he thought he had. It wasn't until a week later that he learned that he could shapeshift. Running away from cops and suddenly becoming someone else was the first clue. Having had these powers for about a month now, he's become the most well known un-known thief in the city. He never took much, just the odd item or stack of cash. It just happens that he liked to target well known people or celebrities. He currently resides in an abandoned train tunnel with his self made game shack and trophy shelves. In his spare time he practices with a pistol and rifle and has become quite the marksman over the years. His fighting skills are quite lacking however, meaning he won't be any good if it comes to a brawl.
