All-Star Marvel: Age of Heroes

CS is revised and complete as per regulation. The sample, I know, is bad. It's the worst sample I've ever written to be frank. But, I had to get something up and I didn't want to take up too much of my brother's time again. Feel free to comment or criticize.

I will, though, either today - if I can do so from the PS3 - or tomorrow be adding an extra segment that'll give brief one paragraph or so outlines of dedicated NPCs and rogues. But as that isn't needed for the CS to be accepted, I won't take up anymore of his time than necessary.

Regarding flashlight: probably meant as a joke, but it doesn't work like that.

Regarding a spare monitor: I do not have another monitor, nor would that entirely work as there are other issues with the laptop that have persisted for a long time. The backlight issue is just the most recent. In fact, it might not even be the backlight after all as it was 'repaired' over three months ago and the problem returned days later. I'm still waiting to hear back from the guy to see what had happened.

Anyways, I'm just waiting on my brother to stop watching livestreams and get off his laptop.

My laptop has a problem with an internal component that causes the backlights not to function. Meaning I can't see anything on the screen.

Wait until you actually read the shittiness of the last couple sections. Then you'll really be complaining.

EDIT: With the note-taking I had done prior to working on typing up (some) of the CS I had originally written on paper and the time spent actually typing it up, as well as doing revisions, I've spent the past thirteen straight hours writing non-stop with no breaks. I forgot to have dinner. I'm now hungry and tired, and my muscles ache from being in relatively the same position for too long. Definitely time to crash.

Okay, do not fully judge this yet as it is clearly not complete - I still need to add the powers and abilities and I want to note the notable NPC's and rogues that'll be making an appearance. I also might expand and improve on the ending of the origin. Speaking of which, I really do apologize for the just plain shitty writing that occurs in the final section of the backstory and origin. I didn't like what I had first written, and once I had deleted it and begun rewriting it my brother started rushing me to finish and it turned out rather poorly. That's also the reason why this took longer than expected to type out as I kept rewriting things, that and formatting issues that occurred when I transferred what I had just typed up on a word document to here, which took a further hour to amend. ... Anybody ever notice I'm always critical of my applications? Never happy with them, ever. Whatever. The CS has been added to my first post on page 1 (the fourth post of the OOC), you can see it there.

It's his computer, and he doesn't want me using it without him in the room, which is his right.
Now, I'll be shutting up as I concentrate on finishing this up. I had to revise some of my backstory which took up more time than I had expected.

He says "because it's [his] computer and [he] has [his] own life and feels like doing what [he] wants do." Which is hilarious, because he has no life. I would assume a more accurate reason would be that it's late - nearly 12am - and he'd like to be able to sleep.
