Okay, I'm really late, but I will have my key done TODAY. No more lolly-gagging, I've needed to have this done for a long time and better now than never!
I'll try to have a post up tomorrow-ish. For now though, I need to study for an art-history presentation I have tomorrow, so I won't be able to do anything tonight.
Sure, that sounds great.

Also was planning on completely redoing Faceless 14 and rebooting that, but work on that could take a while, as aside from the basic idea and map, everything is being completely redone. For one thing, pilots aren't irresponsible teens anymore.
Thinking back on it, there's a lot of things I could have done better in this RP, and in regards to Silver's own RP's (such as GEARs), I think he'd do the whole AC RP thing a lot more justice than I would. Hate to sound like a pessimist or a downer (or both), but that's just what I believe at the moment. I think I threw too many ideas into the melting pot too fast (introduced a bit too many NPC's, had too many twists, et cetera) and because of it, I think I exhausted most of the cool stuff I could do.

Anyway, enough wallowing in my own troubles, I'll try to post in a bit.
I'll try to post soon, but I've had a few problems getting posts up lately myself. It's hard to post something worthwhile to post when I've just finished the debriefing. In-between missions just aren't my strong suit. If you do end up starting your own RP, I'd be rather interested in joining.
Eh, I bought about €21 worth of stuff for ACI (The Unlimited Campaign Ticket, Rookie Pack and a pack of five more fuel), then I played through what's available of the campaign so far (five missions). Got 40 fuel total after finishing it due to buying the Rookie Pack (gives you five fuel), the pack of fuel (five more), completing mission 5 (which gives you twenty fuel) and opening the notification which gives you ten more and I've been playing a good bit of multiplayer...

I suppose it's....

INCREDIBLE.

Seriously, I haven't had this much fun with my PS3 in weeks. The gameplay is great, the music they have chosen and the ones PA has remixed from former AC games are all awesome and the story is very good so far, with all the characters being very likeable and despite only spending five missions with them, I feel very attached to them, especially Viper. The new Edge (AKA Kei Nagase) and Slash are really cool characters, Omega, while somewhat annoying at times, has a great sense of humor and I admit to chuckling a few times and as aforementioned, Viper is an awesome character and while at first you might not like him all that much, you really come to have a bond with him.

And then there's the campaign missions. Just wow. Especially that fifth mission, which had me on the edge of my seat and my heart beating like a machine gun the entire time. I won't spoil anything, but it is just amazing.

The multiplayer is great too. It lacks a bit of variety, but hopefully PA will release more missions with the next few campaign missions, which will apparently be free, as will new planes and the like.

I highly recommend putting some money into it. Even though I started out with 40 sortie fuel when starting the multiplayer, plus the 3 supplied fuel, I still haven't gone below 35 stocked fuel thanks to the challenge rewards. So, put some money into it and you should be good for a long time, unless you're a hardcore AC fanatic who plays thirty missions per hour. Currently saving up for the Expert Pack as we speak.

Only thing I could say that I can put as a con, and it's super minor and doesn't do anything with my enjoyment of the game, is that the multiplayer has gotten much more difficult since the Beta. Scinfaxi is almost invincible and the ace squadrons are not only hard to shoot down individually, but have much higher numbers than before too. Whereas in the Beta I was getting A ranks almost all the time and I got S ranks once or twice, the best I've gotten so far in the release game is one A rank on Aerospace Center Defense...
IT. IS. AMAZING.

Seriously. Mission 5 is probably the most fun I've had with a controller in weeks.
Yippee. I'll be playing Ace Combat Infinity though, which just released today in Europe, so it might take me awhile to get a post in. ^^
I actually vote for video game, as it's much closer to the typical stuff in SAO's universe. Besides, it allows characters to have a bit more freedom and make for more radical and mobile combat, instead of sitting around waiting for the enemy to pop out due to the low amount of damage you can take.
Finally posted. Hope it's decent enough for you guys. I kind of pulled it out of my rear, as I wanted to get it done before tomorrow.
