All was well until the mage decided to begin using the sacred child Ami Lovegood's power for his own purposes. Such a blind growth only led to the rise of terrible thorns and poisonous drippings. The stone hide of the homes and streets withstood most of the early growth. But if allowed to continue it would disturb the sediment and give rise to rooted beasts. For now they only grew stronger by the aura of commandment forcing all organisms to experience rejuvenation and growth.
Revived warriors, those who worked here as merchants or as farmers, all took those who fought and nearly died the night before were all prepared for tonight. Their nerves steeled as they were just a few moments ago awaiting the release of death. Their brothers and sisters having died the night before their souls forever lost to Nuxta flamed the fire in their hearts to fight against whomever saw to harm this town. Those who ran home remained armed and fired arrows from their windows. Though to a constantly growing plant it did little. Many found their own wounds to be healed immediately as Ami's blessing continued. But the suffering they had to endure from having their bodies ensnared in thorns was painful even to see.
The hardy hides of many of the Oro natives and their ability to fly made escape much easier however. Few fell victim to the plants. Most were able to fend off their early rise and return to their homes or to watch the events unfold right outside of town. A large crowd of people running through the town and rushing past the woman with the scythe. Whom was soon approached by the Aion rookie knight, Mason. Her dragon snarled at Mason, but let the rushing crowd go by without paying it any mind. She pet the beast. Upon further inspection
she was a fair woman. One who had the markings of a crescent moon on face and body. Loose armored attire with much of her flesh revealed. Dark scales much like the dragons was on her backside and shoulders.
This woman looked to Mason with a cold yet curious smile. "What do you want? In a time like this you should keep helping the needy, don't you think?" She asked. Her left hand on her hip, her right on the scythe next to her.
@Guy0fV4lorGalland was fairly surprised by Allard's victory. Though he took it quite well. Chuckling as he sat back on his seat. Feeling an assurance he hadn't felt in a long while. When there were plenty of the strong Oro men and women who walked this town and the one over. Mighty people who had kin from long ago, those who never went up the mountain to be a part of royalty. But soon the fun and reminiscing came to an end. The sounds of people screaming form outside could be heard from a mile away. The group quickly got to their feet and looked out the Inn's windows to see the plants that grew and grew, spiraling onto the towns roads and wrapping around anything it touched. At its center was the masked man, his tattered cloak flowing in the wind as a gigantic flytrap was beneath him. Its aura even visible to the naked eye. A orchid enigma.
