@Tuujaimaa: Psst, I had an idea that Altim had done business defending the Order of the Skyward Eye, and it is highly plausible that Altim was one of those heroes charged with protecting it, especially after Cynderia is reclaimed from Bytheron in 58017 PA. He probably worked with the Order closely as a scholar, and with his considerable fame and influence, he could've even been a leader there.

This is, of course, with the assumption that Dormeria's homeland is actually a part of the modern province of Cynderia.

Edit: Post nearly complete (I'd say like, 80%, so there's not much left). Will post after my ACT tomorrow. After this, I doubt I'll post a response-bomb this large ever again because it takes too much time and effort. Instead, they'll come in smaller packages every 2 to 5 posts. Gute Nacht!
@Dextkiller: No, I died in a car accident this morning.
Technology in this world is essentially frozen. Basically, no advanced or modern technology. All old-timey stuff, no actual lightbulbs or cars.
@jasonwolf: Slow your roll. Might take longer than originally planned, but I'll mention everybody when it's ready whether that's in a little bit or this afternoon.
@jasonwolf: Right? On another note, I've finished my homework and reading all these posts somehow. Procrastination rules! Writing responses now. I plan on making final edits tomorrow morning and responding to everyone who's posted so far, save Dawnscroll and those who haven't posted yet. Those who fit in the latter category will get their post over the weekend, when I anticipate that most of them will be ready.
@jasonwolf: Yes, yes, he can be.
Here are my favorite things I read today:

Two suns were visible in the sky, but they did little and less to overpower the cold, as if their own warmth drew back from the world. Two disks in the sky as useful in their warmth as nipples on men.

"Dormeria's tits, what was that?!"

Absolutely iconic.

Oh, and I can't forget, "'Arete's tits! Get back, old man!'" There seems to be a trend here...
Behind Drake, a few footsteps came slowly from the shade, and a quieter voice said, "...I will fear no evil, for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me."

Abel stood next to Drake over the crosses with a dull, dispirited look in his eye. The younger boy put his hands in his jeans' pockets as he traced the blooms with his eyes and remembered those whom the Forgotten had lost in the last scuffle. It hurt Abel, that after so many adults had died, people could still bring themselves to senseless violence and resort to petty war. The attack by the Scorps was unprovoked, and though they had their reasons, Abel couldn't justify their actions. The sun was low on the horizon, and most of the people who attended the funeral had already gone. The only people who remained were people who were especially close to the deceased, people who hung onto those memories that just as well could have slipped through other people's fingers. Abel didn't fit into that category well, but the dead were close enough to Abel for him to hang around.

Abel could never withhold from crying in the face of terrible tragedy. Emotional videos about 9/11, songs sung about humanitarian aid, incredibly spiritual hymns that perhaps stretched beyond religion, all of them pulled at his heartstrings easily. Still, no matter how heavy it got, Abel never gave up. For the life of him, he couldn't figure it out. He clung to whatever hope he could salvage. He tried to stay strong, and Abel did it for other people even if he suffered deeply on the inside. His natural empathy drove him to stay by the graves and stand by Drake. Had he not cared for either of those things, Abel might have never bothered. But he stayed, and he lamented. There was nothing else to do or say about it.
@LancerOfBlue: It's cool, it's cool! I'm just trying to get everyone on the same page, I know that a lot of information about the roleplay is kinda left vague.
@LancerOfBlue: I just got through your post. Did you read my tidbit two pages ago about Death? Also, Starless didn't start killing the gods until the last heroes had died, which is 1000 years prior to the roleplay. The Gods are all dead once the roleplay begins, and Andurias is literally the last God. No entity would know that the heroes were resurrected until after Andurias died. That means that Éamon (or anyone, for that matter) couldn't have known about it before the events of the roleplay, and Death couldn't have communicated it to him.
