A Flamboyant and Stylish Mini-Boss has Appeared!

Upon coming to Sky High, Xiu Yong was immediately placed into on-campus housing when her host family decided against having her at the last minute. By on-campus housing, that meant taking refuge on an unused multipurpose classroom hastily converted into a make shift bedroom. Afterall, Sky High wasn't intended to have dormitories. She didn't mind at all though. With the massive windows of the classroom overlooking the land below the hovering structure, she could barely tell she was technically in the basement of building.

The room had been used several times in the past for home economics, art and magic classes before the school had the funds to upgrade and give those classes their own private rooms; meaning the furniture necessary for all it had been used for had been left around the massive room. With a full stove cook top, oven, refrigerator and etc available as well as prop beds from the drama department, she honestly felt she was living it up far better than she would be had she stayed with a host family. The only down side was that she had to use the gym's showers and bathrooms on the upper floor when necessary. It wasn't all bad--she did get first pick of the shower room lockers to store her items in after all.

After contacting her parents who remained back in China, it wasn't difficult to convince them to send money to decorate, which she still needed to do. Today, as she locked her makeshift apartment behind her with her large luggage bags mostly unpacked, she was dressed in her usual outfit with silver jewelry adorning her chest. She turned to find Mr. Adam, the Magic teacher, waiting for her. With a nod from both their parts, he led the way up to the gym where several students from buses that had pulled in before the current crew's. She parted ways with the teacher and settled in at the back of the crowd. She was eager to meet others, but found herself at a loss for words. Maybe it was that everyone spoke fluent English around her that intimidated Xiu, maybe it was just that she was a stranger despite her age.

Regardless, she backed away from the crowd and settled in instead against the back wall near the door with her arms folded behind her and her head down. She set herself apart from the others... for the time being, at least. Maybe she'd have the courage to approach someone later.

Name:
Xiu Yong

Super Name:
Lóng de Xīnniáng
(Pronounced Lon-de-shi-ni-ang)

Age:
17

Human/Machine/Other:
Human

Powers:
Pyrokinesis
The psychic ability to manipulate or create fire. In Xiu's case, her fire is quite special. Changing color based on her uses for it, her fire can be used to both destroy and regenerate.
Orange and Red Fire - The most basic and most practical. Used from attacks to the day to day things like lighting candles.

White Fire - A soft healing fire that does best with healing external injuries. In theory, it could bring the dead back to life should a body be set over the open flame, though this has never been tried. She is unable to use it on herself.

Blue Fire - In an intense and emotional event (or in the need of its practicality), Blue Fire may present itself. It may be used similarly to that of Orange and Red Fire, but the intense heat of the flames have proven to melt through steel and other dense metals.

Typhokinesis
Smoke manipulation, her use of it primarily rests on the ability to phase into smoke and travel through the air. Allows for travel through air vents and evasive tactics. A combination of smoke and fire can rocket Xiu into the air so long as she can focus her energy into it.

Weakness:
Not Thermal Resistant
It'd be very easy for Xiu to burn herself alive if she's not careful

Fire on the Water
Being wet, or immersed in water, ceases her ability to create or manipulate fire at all.

Personality:
Xiu is a peaceful individual. For one who manipulates fire, she's surprisingly placid and difficult to anger. She enjoys spending time alone, reading, writing and practicing playing musical instruments. When not doing any of those things she loves long walks through the town, trying new restaurants and shopping. She's quite elegant, taking time to try new things when possible and rarely ever uses the word 'no.' Oddly enough, shes drawn more to people who are quite the opposite of her and loves spending time with them.

Grade:
3rd

Club:
She hops from club to club, hoping for one to stick.

Other: POWERS
-An exchange student from China
-Her real name translates to Elegant Bravery
-Her super name translates to Bride of the Dragon
-Her family legend evidently states that a thief made a deal with a dragon god when caught that he could take his daughter as his wives. Never stating that it was limited to the generation at the time, all daughters of the Yong lineage were granted the gift of fire (perhaps as a promise of betrothal) for a time before being taken as a bride of the dragon god. Though, these days, most of the Yong girls laugh about the legend as it's skipped several generations and nearly been forgotten about before Xiu was allegedly chosen.
-Though she laughs it off with her family, she greatly fears dying in her own flames and being the bride of the dragon god in the afterlife.
-Her tattoos are actually the mark of the dragon that appear when a bride has been chosen. They bear no power on their own and act merely as a mark of lineage.
-Out of the many instruments she spends time learning to play, she favors the piano
@yukisaa Thank vuv
@CaitsI actually hadn't noticed you trying to interact with Azga before btw so I apologize for that myself. Mentions are a big help in such a large rp! >3<
At that moment, Azga received a notification that he'd gotten another message.

"Hmm...?" His dark honey voice hummed as he pulled up the screen. Being ready for another trolling message from the Arms Slave, he was surprised to see that Midnight Soloist had sent it instead. His golden eyes rolled over the text as he adjusted his glasses. Virtual date?! Ah... Azga felt his virtual cheeks heating up. Really, that sort of joke after what happened this morning was so... he coughed. Now now, he was Azga, not Erika. With a charming smile--mostly to himself to keep his persona in tact--he began to type out a response.

To: Midnight Soloist
From: Azga the Amazing
Subject: (No Subject)

Solo~

You're one to talk. You're right in here with me, aren't you---

Before the message could be continued, a loud sound of chains rattling caused him to look towards the roof where a hole had been made. From through it he could see... something peering in. Something quite disturbing. Azga felt himself stiffen as he stared with his eyes wide, nearly shitting virtual bricks at such a terrifying site. It only got worse as that figure swung into the room and went straight for him like some kind of horror movie monster. He screamed--internally--as his pupils shrank and he stared up at the oncoming threat. He only had the courage to actually move at the last second, diving out of the way and rolling across the ground as the ground became a crater beneath the creature character. The tectonics caused him to finish his landing rather ungracefully and he got up shakily, falling against a wall before using it for support.

He took a deep, shuddering breath as he looked up through his slightly cracked virtual lenses. The hairs on the back of his neck raised as he got a better look at his assailant. A four armed monstrosity with skin of different shades sewn together, with a helm of grey and red and atop his head a crown of barbed wire. He carried two massive shields that were just as tall, and as menacing, as he appeared.

ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygod was the only thing being screamed in Azga's mind. Outwardly, he looked incredibly nervous as he sized up the attacker, his golden eyes wide as his hand pressed firmly to the wall beside him. It was times like this, er, not that he'd ever encountered someone so daunting before, that he wished he was a mage in control of dark elements rather than a witch doctor. It only got worse when he noticed that above the beastly player's helm read the words 'Arms Slave' in crimson text.

Uh oh.

I can't seem to get a feel for my character anymore, which is a bummer because i was really excited to rp with all these cool characters. I'm dropping out. Good luck to everyone and I hope we get to meet up in other rp's later on ;u;/~

'kay
@Sigil*cough* Er, what is 'Bunnying?' I've rped for quite a while and I've never seen this term before o3o
I doubt it. He was out of the spotlight long enough for his groupies to move on most likely (possibly to Braska). Not to mention, the character really isn't nearly as tasteless as that >_>
