Dead men tell no tales
So listen to this story from a whale
She sailed the silver river
But only found a purple butler
There was a grey parrot, and the crane both agree
That the turtle should search for the one manatee
Now you see your monster
Or maybe your insanity
The pirate needs more ales

I'm patient, so I'll be ready whenever.
@Hawlin Haha yes, that is basically him right now.

@Rune_Alchemist And that's fine, he's expecting it after he saw Jun's shutdown.

The Fall palace was probably the most beautiful palace Lost could dream to imagine. It was beautiful in that it's walls weren't made with metal, stone, or dead wood, but rather it was a hall of beautiful trees that created a semblance of a palace. It was as if Falk's will caused the trees to align themselves. Their ancient standings were rivaled only by Falk himself. The various colors of the leaves, ranging from bright yellow to deep red, created a beautiful mosaic throughout the hall.

Lost felt a little bit of what he thought to be the heartless warrior side of Anya as she mentioned the fall of weak Fae to be their own fault. He knew that completely ignoring your physical status was very foolish, and he had trained himself to deal with many troubles. Most of his training was actually dealing with armed opponents while unarmed. He became very skilled at stealing others weapons. This came about from his habit to travel unarmed. He found it easier to explain himself as an innocent visitor to other realms if he was unnarmed. Fortunately for him only the young and weak were foolish enough to attack him while he was unarmed. The first time he did it was pure luck, but when the young Fae promised to never harm him and to grant him a favor in return for mercy, he realized the value such a skill could have. He practiced it more with his friends and grew more capable in his skill. Even though he still never egged on others to attack him, it saved his life several times.

As he heard her Lycanthrope story, he thought about how it seemed the both of them had learned valuable lessons about their weaknesses from those younger than themselves. He saw their destination coming up on them so he tried to keep his speech short. "Ha, it seems that both of us have learned valuable lessons from those younger than us about our weaknesses. I am pleased to say that I have never been seriously indebted to anyone, well except for luck if that were a thing. Even though I have not practiced combat much, I do know it is important to stay alive. Fortunately for me the first time I was attacked I was able to disarm the opponent and use their weapon against them. This technique has helped me a lot in living and gaining favors and promises. I look forward to becoming a better hunter with you and I pray you never fall to deception again." They arrived at the entrance to the Fall Palace. As many times as Lost had seen it, he would always be amazed at it's glory.

Ha, thanks. Yeah Landon was supposed to have a human or godly-immature feel as he adapted to the powers and responsibilities of god-hood. I don't know if you gave Aforgomon an age, but I'm assuming he was thousands of years old if not older. Whereas Landon was literally twenty-seven/twenty-eight with the time skips. He was also supposed to see and remember how gods could tend, to act like amped up superheroes. If most of them had a problem it was solved with power without thinking. It even seems like stories of old gods could be that way sometimes too. Landon wanted to distance himself from the gods in this aspect trying to actually think like the humans, but with the power of the gods, or at least what power he had to work with.

I do still feel like the old gods didn't get much justice though. From what I have known, more time gives more power instead of vice versa like this RP gave off. It may just be me, but I felt like several of the old gods were taken care of too easily. They didn't get the justice that is who they were. I was really sad about Odin. From what I know of him, he seems pretty different from other gods. While he probably had more power than anyone else, he didn't use it often and would think to find solutions with the least amount of power. I also sort of wondered about how the spheres and responsibilities of the old gods would continue, but I guess the gods left it up to 'science' in the later years, rather than chariots darting across the sky to give the sun. Haha

I also don't know how you feel about responsibility in this way, but I guess I look at the final outcome of the gods and humans like me owning an ant farm. Say I had an ant farm and took care of it and helped them grow and prosper as industrious ants. Soon the ant population grows to great and the ants begin to escape and infect my house. I may still be fine with this, but then they even begin going for more food than just dropped crumbs and begin biting me as well. I'm going to call an exterminator, and kill all the ants. This sort of applies with the humans and their intelligence. We may have more care as we are actually humans, but gods may actually see us as no more than ants that should be protected, but I may have made a mistake in giving them too much power. I'm not going to sacrifice my house or myself for these ants. Especially when I can get a new one, and start fresh fixing my mistakes from the last time. Which leads me to wonder how easy it will be for us to create life. As I see it as a huge feat even for gods. I don't think all of the gods could have created life before, but I guess we also get the earth and the old gods realms for materials to help us begin this. Also the ant thing is how I justify the ending. I'm not sure I like it either, but I see how Cucco wanted to move into a world with new life, so that's the course she took and it works. Not sure there was any ending to the humans that I could like while being what's supposed to be one of their gods.

Anyways those are my thoughts.

Not going to lie, I didn't like Aforgomon at first as he seemed sort of OP to me, but as it went on I realized he was sort of the only god that seemed like god status rather than superhero status. His musings and speech were interesting as well and trying to argue with him may have been just as fun as fighting him.

Anyways thanks for sticking to the end. Aforgomon certainly made things interesting. He was used very creatively.

Are there any bags in the infirmary? because Flor's first response would probably be to grab as much hospital junk he can. He probably won't know what any of it is, but he'll grab gauze and tourniquets and whatever is readily available. I'm assuming medicines are locked up, but if not would he be able to notice them and grab some of those?
Kazuki was happy and relieved that Jun was fine with him going to the park with him, even if he looked hesitant about it. He watched as Jun turned and joked with Katherine about being the brains of the outfit. Kazuki didn't really laugh as he didn't really find it that funny, even if it wasn't aimed at him. Jun probably was very clever and maybe even knowledgeable, but Kazuki had his own wisdom as well. He liked the saying 'better to be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt'. He felt like it might apply with Jun. Even fools could be smart and witty.

Katherine gave her own remark to Jun's tomfoolery. She seemed quite capable of handling herself. It may have been her previous training or just her personality. Her ability to make shields kept her at arms length from a lot of harm, and her weapons were pretty effective or at least stunning to most. She seemed very independent, but at the same time, like she wanted to be around people. She would be interesting to learn more about.

Jun asked them if they needed rides. Kazuki would just take his bike there. If he could have fit it into a vehicle or something that may have worked, but carrying a bike on a scooter would have looked ridiculous. "Thanks, but I'll just ride my bike there. I'll probably get there a little bit after you. That way you can investigate without us distracting you." Kazuki decided to play into Jun's ego a bit. He left for the park shortly after Katherine. She was walking a short distance in front of him. He figured it was a long shot, as she shut down Jun, but he might as well ask. He rode up next to her and slowed to her pace. "I know it may look like some anime couple or some losers with dead end jobs, but do you want to sit on the rear rack? It'll be faster than just walking, and I'll be fine pedaling."
@Lugubrious
Did Landon get anything from Aforgomon in his disapearance? I would have liked to interact with him, but right now he is definnitely on a different level from Landon. Landon would have been tossed like a ragdoll during the last part. I couldn't find anything that looked like any sort of command he could fulfill, so nothing to unlock his powers.
@Bryn@2b3heart
Grey was expecting her to ask for quarters first during her stay here, and was suprised when she changed what she wanted to find first. "Umm, yes, we do actually. Nyra, please escort Bryn to the garden house." Grey was about to turn and head back to the fireroom as Bryn and Nyra turned to go to the garden house. He became curious though. Wondering why this girl would want to go to the garden house first. He turned back to them and began to walk with them. "If you don't mind, I think I'll join you."
@Zelosse
Aforgomon ate him and enveloped his powers. And now Aforgomon is going to die soon as well. Maybe when Aforgomon dies, Thalios can be spat back up in some random area from one of Aforgomon's dimensions. He seems to be made up of space and dimensions himself.
