I will be posting probably within the next hour! Sorry about the wait guys!
There were so many people here. Too many. Lucio thought for an adventuring party. Larger parties couldn't go to the same places as small parties. They caught more attention, and with the variety they had in this group, they would certainly do just that. He felt a little out of place, everybody looked like strong warriors while here he was, just a simple bard who happened to have some combat training. But he had been chosen for a reason, even if only to entertain the rest of the party. When another man walked up and spoke of not being here for the money, he nodded approvingly. "I'm in the same boat, friend. My reasons are not for the money either." He wasn't really the man's friend yet, but bards used that term a lot when interacting with people. Some liked it, some didn't.

A woman with a wolf by her side walked into the inn. He stared in fascination at the wolf. He had never been this close to one before that wasn't trying to rip his face off. Hence the bite scar on his right shoulder. He wasn't entirely fond of wolves, but he loved dogs, and this wolf looked kinda cute and cuddly. In a rip your face off sort of way. He couldn't help but jump as somebody gently tugged on his right ear. His ears were rather sensitive, not just to sounds but to touch as well. It hadn't been painful, but it wasn't the most pleasant thing either. He turned to see who it was and saw that it was a rather scantily clad elf woman. Not even taking into account the partial nudity, she was rather pretty.

He put on a dazzling smile when she said wanted to hear him play. He stood up and gave her a graceful, over exaggerated bow. "I would love to play for you milady. Though it will have to wait until we leave the inn. The bartender has already said he doesn't want any music tonight. And you never want to go against a bartender, they tend to throw you out if you do." Lucio was, of course, speaking from experience. There were some things that you could only learn from experience. And he liked it better that way, he wasn't one to learn by hearing things, he had to do them first.
I am back from work so I'll be getting a post up within an hour. This is going to be a fun one.

It's cool man, I'd rather have it that you're honest about it.It's good, you can be my co-GM. Basically whenever I'm going to be away, I'll PM you a bit about the plot moving forward if the RP is near a plot point, you can post the plot stuff in the IC when the time is right and go right into it.

Got it. It'll kind of force me to post a little more often. I like it.
I can be co-gm. I've done it before for other roleplays. My job also gives me a leadership position so I've had good practice. As long as you don't mind having someone slightly strict and OCD who will try to kindly correct any glaring mistakes in posts. And while I can't post as often as some I can still access the site on my phone and keep an eye on things.

So are we only supposed to post like twice a day? :/

Sometimes more, sometimes less. Remember you're only a small part of this roleplay and if people are lagging behind because you post seven or eight times a day while people are working or sleeping, well they may just drop out. Ironically sometimes posting too much can cause a roleplay to die out.

Just have some patience, find another roleplay to be part of that's more fast paced, write things other than roleplay, there's lots of things you can do to fill up your time while you wait.
Goodness guys, slow down the pace a little bit. Some of us have to sleep. And work.

I hate roleplays like this because my character is always left behind and or ignored.

Right now its okay because we're just in the inn but when adventure starts its really going to suck.
Same as Kingdom Hearts! Still here and stopped from posting because of the craziness.
I'm here! I was going to post earlier, but then the site was down.
Lucio's accepted Aldred's handshake with a smile. Though he didn't like the idea of some rich guys paying them to do their dirty work. He was here because he wanted to protect people, not make money. He could make enough money playing songs in taverns and inns like this one. It was then that more people began to appear, and soon they had a full table. Lucio examined all the people at said table. They had a rather diverse looking group. Which meant this was going to be either very fun, or entirely business. Either way, Lucio was going to make sure everybody talked to each other at least a little bit.

And there was always singing. Bards could make people open up in three different ways. By playing songs that have meaning to people, annoying the crap out of somebody, or buying everyone a round or two. The third one always worked the quickest, and got the strangest results. But that was a trade secret and something Lucio wouldn't dare reveal to anybody else. A kind, older bard had taught him that trick when he was first starting out. People though bards were just carefree, and sometimes stupid, musicians. But there were a lot of unspoken rules and trade secrets to pick up. Not everybody could make it as a bard.

Lucio's shoulder's straightened as Aldred spoke about turning back now. As much as he loved his peaceful existence, he just couldn't turn back now. Not when he knew people's lives were at stake. He just wasn't that type of person. Though at times he wished he was. It would make things so much easier. He didn't need any sort of reward for doing this. But the money would have been nice, if only for the fact that taking care of an instrument could get expensive. He didn't even dare put thoughts in his head such as if he survived. He was pretty certain that he would live through this. He wasn't the type to be taken down easily, despite his profession.

It seemed that they had pretty much all gathered judging from the size of the group, so Lucio decided to break the ice. "Well!" He said clapping his thawed hands together. "I think this calls for a song!" His tone was cheery and loud enough that everyone in the bar would hear it. He reached into his pack to retrieve his harp, but paused when the bartender spoke up. "Not tonight bard. I've had too many freeloaders lately."

Lucio's smile turned into a fake pout. "Tough crowd." He said, removing his hand from his pack. "Ah well, maybe after we've hit the road. We'll have plenty of time for music then." He was pretty sure he had just earned the hatred of most of, if not the entire, group. Music in taverns was great to relax to after a harsh day. But during that harsh day, it made most people want to murder bards.
