The idea wasn't to be OP, the idea was to have a doctor character who can cauterize wounds (basically, stopping bleeding with fire) with his powers :-P I just think it'd be a fun character to play as.
Glad the idea is approved though. I don't think I have time to make a CS tonight, but I look forward to making it when I do have more time.
As someone who has researched cauterization for that exact reason, let me tell you that it can often do more harm than good. If you want to do it go for it, I just thought I should let you know. Cauterization just can mess you up if you're not careful lol. The wikipedia article for it is pretty informative
