Well, if you have to come up with an excuse don't force yourself. I mean, none of my characters have summons at all. I know that he was the right hand man of Ex-death, but he wasn't really evil and was a comedic character.

The best thing I can say, is to do what makes the most sense to you. You don't have to add a detail if you think it's cumbersome or doesn't really add to the character in any meaningful way.

Sure, let's just make it an alternate branch where the heroes failed again instead of succeeding in the original game. It makes things simple.

Well, I was thinking this could just be a reset from a failed cycle. Sometimes, when a character is vanquished, they don't come back in the next cycles. Such as, Prishe.

The heroes from last time failed, but this time a group of mostly different heroes are summoned instead of the ones from last time. As for the groups, interesting analysis. Obviously Raddum still isn't back, so we have to consult with him on this, as well as other things.

On group numbers, I was considering two groups. Doesn't necessarily have to be even, there can be three people and then two people in two separate groups.

Okay then, not much to say, but thanks for letting me know on the character front. As for a character cap, not really. At this point, a limit would just stifle creativity.

Yeah, pretty much summed it up. As for the character sheets - no, not really. My characters are pretty powerful too, so it's all good.

Speaking of which, I need to put up Kain. Also, let me ask you about characters. You mentioned Golbez, Cecil, Auron and Exdeath.

Any of these still sticking, or are you satisfied with what you have now?

Further, when everybody's characters are set, which heroes do you think should go with each other? which heroes do you think would go best together in a group, based on personalities?

Here's how my head has laid this down. Cosmos will be the opening post. She'll have hesitated to summon her warriors out of guilt for dragging them into her war, but will eventually do so.

Meanwhile, Chaos will have already summoned his warriors. While talking to Marche, The Emperor will have done the Heir of Hell contract with him. Immediately after, he'll interfere in the summoning of Cosmos's warriors by scattering them. Thoughts?
