Is it alright if I personalize their military a bit as soon as I pick them up, or is that something that would have to wait and be done IC? Mostly it would just be a better outline of troop composition and outfitting, as well as the composition and role of mages in the Legion.Though I'll be unable to edit the original NS for them, so I'm not sure how I'd go about that... Do I make a new nation sheet for any changes I need? (Such as alliances and heroes and such as they come about).

You can copy Darkwolf's existing profile for modifications and extrapolations. I prefer that you don't change anything specific before your IC posts, after that, you can start shaping Cyrodiil in your own directions.

Also, do you intend to keep the previous emperor or make a new one? It wouldn't be too likely for the old emperor to suddenly introduce reforms, at least, it would be easier to revamp the country with a new ruler. If you do decide to crown a new emperor, the last emperor, Gaius, will succumb to the Cyrodiilic Disconnect and die from the disease.

Hmm, still stuck on the presidential question :P

Unless you have a specific plan, I would go for Eisenhower, he was popular back in the days (still rated pretty high among presidents) and generally got positive things done.

Sorry for my unexplained absence. I am afraid I am going to have to drop. Some irl things were unexpectedly dropped on my head, some good and some bad, all eating into my free time. As a result I do not have the time for much RPing anymore. Sorry.

Alright, good luck with things in real life.

Official Language: Korea

Buddy, watch out for typos. Also, ROK Marines fall under their Naval command, though it is mostly independent.

My population is 14,845,000but the only information on troops I could find wasSeven Infantry Regiments - (21,000-35,000)Three Armoured Regiments - (9,000-15,000)Twelve Air Division Squadrons - (144-288)Warships - 40That doesn't seem like a lot when I compare to other countries.Do you guys think it is correct or have I found wrong information?

Seems right, Canadian Forces downsized quite a bit after the Korean War. Their smaller numbers are better suited for peacekeeping and assisting NATO instead of spearheading large scaled conventional warfare.

There's also a theory that Tito poisoned him, lol. It seems people like this theory about Stalin being poisoned. I [personally think it was possible, but there's really little proof for it. For the sake of RP though I might still retain that he was poisoned if I decide to go the Beria route. Maybe he can stage a coup within the party. Also, I suppose I should choose a month. I want January since it's a chance to start things fresh for a new year.

Vodka is a poison in its own right.
Eisenhower is legit, he's a war hero and has good relations with most NATO leaders.
