_...........Asura where do you keep finding these_
My cat just tried to run off with $20 in his mouth _What would you even do with that_
oh my god @ Meline alksfjashdf Thalia wasn't supposed to be a shrinking violet, but she's certainly...kind of taken on qualities of one. B| Unfortunately, this always happens to me @ the character I RP not adhering completely to the personality I give them in their profile. They like to flip me the bird and go on their merry way and do what they want.
I imagine Thalia's expression went somewhere from HAPPY ADMIRATION to _deep confusion and fear_ between the time Marianne introduced herself to when she said that she'd collect her tongue. maybe she'll just stand here behind Jerod
> I am saddened by the fact that this particular roleplay found its end because the Guild went down without notice for weeks. This completely killed every single one of us. There were many attempts to revive it, but it just wasn't able to survive. Oh man, that's terrible! :CC I'm disappointed that I lost a bunch of great RPs over the years too. u__u Ooh, neat @ Apollo! ovo How do you like it @ writer?
( ouo)/ I'm always curious about things, so...! Can't say I have anything of particular interest to say about my own characters/RP...other than the fact that I have a ton of the former, and the most people that I have seen in a single RP thread was around...122, I think? >__> It was part of a big RP community/setting that I'm in, and we have metaplot events every few months. This was one such event. :'D > Hello, I return miss anything important? Hello, Apollo! Welcome back!
> I drifted for a year or so post high school, settled on the Navy, and been moving forward ever since. Aah, that's good! ovo I hope for the best for your Navy life! > > > I'm assuming it didn't end in your character dying, VK. > > > > > > ...I...I'm assuming. > > > > He died, emotionally. > > > > But he was "successful" and "failed" at the same time. > > Hmmm, sounds like a very strange relationship. Strange indeed! Complicated relationships are always fun to RP out though, that's for sure~ P:
> Its had its pro's and con's, like anything really. I can't speak nearly as much as some people, I'm still in training (Been that way for over a year now Dx). I'm aiming for officer though, got some ideas on how to hop tracks right now (Being enlisted currently). I'd say its been a good choice for me, taking everything so far into consideration. Steady pay, housing, medical and dental provided, education options, overall works well for me. Even if I'm going to vanish for periods of time once I get to a real command instead of training (Submarine volunteer, personally). Ooh, interesting! Forgive me for sounding ignorant (because I honestly probably am u__u), but that does sound pretty neat! No doubt that it's not for everybody, but it's good to hear that you think it's a good choice for yourself! I kind of wobbled around aimlessly for my early high school years until I settled on teaching, so it's always nice to feel like you've found something that suits you well! > > I once tried to get a character to become in a relationship with a siren. > > Consider me curious on how that one worked out. I'm assuming it didn't end in your character dying, VK. ...I...I'm assuming.
> Well, you have my respect either way. I dont remember much from 3-5 range very well, barely at all actually. But that is neither here nor there. Younger kids I cant stand either, so its all good there. Haha, thank you. ;; I actually considered teaching high school, but I...wasn't sure if that would be better or worse + ...pretty sure all high school students tower over me so that's kind of awkward. In either case, how is Navy life? I can't say I know much about it, nor do I actually know anyone in the Navy. u__u
> So your a teacher than Rosa? Working on becoming one! ouo Right now, I'm just volunteering at two elementary schools to read with kids every week. > Well, you have my respect as one who deals with those maddening little beasts called children. I can't stand them, but thankfully, the Navy life doesn't have much dealings with kids. Not my part of it, at any rate. It's definitely not everyone's thing, and I was honestly _surprised_ to discover that I quite liked them because I didn't think it was my kind of thing either for a while. :'DD Truthfully, I don't think I'd be able to handle younger kids very well, but I do like the grade 3-5 range! They're generally not too bad! ovo ...My experiences with younger age groups at summer camp were a completely different matter. |:
