Am hooked but what the overpower limit in this roleplay?
In this role play are there sides to be chosen from this? And not really sure first time doing Sci-fi
So can the role Bounty hunter and solitary be allowed or no? And what can i do for Sci-fi like what should i throw in for this character?

I'm going to have to say no to this. The RP is themed to be somewhat of a sci-fi crime drama and for your character to enter the mix it seems very out of place. It feels as though this character was simply torn out of a medieval fantasy and put here with only a few words changed. The power, from what I can read, is quite overpowered and along with the skill of being able to grab people's shadows is too much for such a character to possess.
So what should i change if you have anything in mind for me to change.

Murasame “Kindred” ”Stalker” Hayate
Age: 36
Eye Colors: left eye is yellow, right eye is gray
Personality: Very silent and a very mysterious person as no one knows who he is, the only thing that he felt is sorrow and guilty for the people he killed maybe at least young or old, no matter what age he won’t hold back his contract as he was born to kill.
Type:2
Abilities
Physical: He can control the shadow to stalk and hunt down his victim as he can appear out of the shadow especially when he can morph his shadow into a victim's body to mesmerise them do his bidding. However, there are limits to this gift as it can kill himself or the shadow can possess the person themselves making the holder of this gift unable to move his body and do as the shadow will. Another flaw to this gift is that the shadow only hunts at night to be effective to catch its prey by absorbing their essence.
Skills(for humans and gifted): Hunting items like the “Kindred” bow and arrow, his vile blade that drops the king cobra poison and his magnum revolver to end his victim chase.
-Mastering the way of the Assassins and bounty hunter for 15 years in secret
-Can sometimes predict the victims movement just by staring at them or his shadow can grab the person shadow and slowing them down (Only works where it nighttime or dark with dim light or street lamp )
Bio: Ever since his mother do love him so much she know that “Kindred” will be taken away by the government or agency so instead of giving up to the agency she hidden “Kindred” by burying him under the tree with a very little hole to breath out and dig himself out the mother killed herself as soon the agency arrived to take “Kindred” away however the mother said that he attempted to kill her and ran off. “Kindred” eyes were filled with tears by the words of her mother lying to them and walked away from her not taking her to hospital dying near the tree where “Kindred” dig himself out holding his dead mother promising to hunt every single person down. (His father left him a long time ago as he knew “Kindred” would be The gifted.)
Post Example: As “Kindred” wiping the blade of the victim that was stained with the cobra venom and their blood he stare at the missing picture of the child that was a girl about age 14 however he “Sigh” in depress saying “I killed that child and her parent for money” and walked away leaving a single flower of orchids to the dead boy that was age 14 trying to get some food. “The only place where you can have a good life is up there… not down here at the moment…” as he was staring at the dead corpse of the boy lying on the plain grass field seemingly smiling even though he dead.
Other: He never told his real name as the only name he told him to call is “Kindred” or “Stalker”
He always carries his equipment with him in case if he sees
his opportunity
He always will kill his victim clean and painless or a quick kill
He always will leave an Orchid flower on them to respect them
