Appearance:
Victoria is a small, doll-like boy with long blonde hair and sapphire eyes, standing around 150 cm and weights around 40kg. He usually wears a long Lolita fashion dress with lace and frills, often in black. Even in space piloting, he won’t put on a space suit unless ordered.
Personality:
At first sight, Victoria is a polite girl shows few emotions expect smile of politeness, then one will find his tone sounds much more mature than the appearance, clam and chill at the most of the times, only when he know one more or he is important, he will try and act according to their preference.
He would act childishly and change into a childish tone when needed, but rarely shows his true emotions, he also found that certain ways of expressions can be effective in manipulating others.
Most likely follows orders to act, the researchers managed to teach Victoria that he will be rewarded for being a “good child.”
Within combats, a more sadist side of him appears, with options available, he would more likely to demoralize than disarm his enemies before dealing the killing blows, preferably one by one that they know the killing blows incoming, tuning into their frequency for their last words.
Certainly there are stories behind this behaviors, if one managed to peak into his true self…
Skills:
Intuition, Blind Luck or just too lazy to explain? - Victoria usually not hesitate to pick an option without sufficient information or apparent reasons for anyone, sometimes even starts a apparently random act, more often than expected it will turn out to be the better choice. This don’t always works, won’t turn an apparent bad idea into a good one, nor save anyone from two devils situations, though.
Splendid 3D coordination and balance – Walk into a 10m*10m Zero gravity cube, throw a tennis ball which bounces surface to surface, make a single pedal, cuddles and spin few hundred degrees, catch the ball and land on the other surface then walk away? No problem.
Sharp eyes and Steady hands - Need a cut in the area where a 1mm mistake is lethal? Need to take exactly 0.5ml of solution in half minute with only a measuring bottle? You might come to the right person, provided that you can make him understand what exactly to do. The researchers in “the facility” did a great job on this.
Adorableness – Being cute is an advantage, by constantly awareness, Victoria developed a manner which often gains himself a better treatment, or at least not to provoke others easily. Certainly sometimes it would be a cause of underestimate, but it also allows him to get away from, or into troubles.
Equipment:
Wardrobes of dresses and accessories, even spares store inside the MS.
A personal computer and smart phones, both with removable communication modules as “the facility’s” security requirement.
Mechanical pet “Haro”, mass production type similar to the one around UC0087.
A mobile wheelchair with two mechanical arms and some storage space, even lack of speed and power, it is certainly comfortable and handy, Victoria often ride this when traveling within gravity, also there is a slot to connect Haro for auto-piloting.
Biography:
During the wars, many families are broken, including a pair of twins, Victoria and Victor.
Not even remembers how did they lost their parents and the comfortable home, the furthest they can remember, is how did they has been pick up by “the facility.” Some they the researchers came to the uncomfortable orphanage at the colony, promising a much better environment to anyone who can perform some weird tasks to a machine, all kids were asked to try, Victor failed, all others failed, but Victoria did that. As Victoria’s request, or maybe it is just because he is Victor’s twins, they picked Victor as well.
Soon enough they find themselves subjects of the researchers, the researchers are demanding, but they also learn that if they compiles, they will have much greater degree of freedom and leisure, even luxuries. Because of Victoria, the twins soon became envy of the kids even Victor did just got pass what he has been asked, they are the twins, Victoria said. As time passes, some kids are no longer seen by the others, while the others start getting their “numbers,” Victoria got the second, and Victor is the Ninth. For the kids who get their numbers, they start being taught about piloting MS, no doubt Victoria is getting ahead, but it doesn’t cause any trouble until one day.
In that day, there is a large group of MS attacking the colony, as the defense force is thin in the colony, “the facility” was forced to mobilize everything they have, which included the subjects and every MS available, all of the first eight units are sent to the combat. For the ninth unit is still in the workshop, instilling the experimental system to enable Victor accessing all of its weaponry, he was excluded.
At the end of the combat, the colony and “the facility” were severely damaged but saved, while all eight units invoked are lost.
Since the event, Victor became the last surviving test pilot in “the facility”, suddenly became one of the most valuable assets of “the facility,” Victor finds himself continues to enjoy the same treatment. But it was Victors fault he failed to be Victoria’s wingman, Victor should not be the one left, Victoria should be the one still exists. So Victor ceases to exists, and there is only Victoria.
So the time passes again.
Weaknesses:
Naïve - Victoria spent most of his childhood inside “the facility,” even he has been taught how rest of the world works, he don’t seems understand this too well. He is no dumb within fields he understand though.
Fetter of the twins - When Victor lost his sister, he missed her so much, giving up Victor to become Victoria, acting as if “what will Victoria do”, sometimes this will affects his decision making ability. When failed to meet his own expectation of “Victoria,” his emotion might become unstable.
Faintness – A side effect of “preserving Victoria’s presence,” as the rewards from the researchers, Victoria’s received special treatment and ceases to grow, but his strength and endurance are also limited, even it does not hinders piloting MS, you can’t count Victoria when you need even just a bit extra muscles.
Lack of outdoor surviving skills – Aside of lack of physical strength, Victoria’s outdoor knowledge are limited to books and manuals.
Sweetness overwhelming! - Maybe this is actually a feat, when making foods, Victoria can turn any dishes recipe into overwhelming sweet, only the most hardcore fans of sweetness may challenge! The worst part is, he actually enjoy his own dishes and have confident!
Gravity! - Why would anyone like places where you can’t drift across a mile with just a few pedaling? Victoria seems to wear out quickly when traveling within gravity on foot.

Specialization:
TWINS included, enabling any pilot to access the Funnels given that specialize training available, rather than limit to those developed rare talents to drive the original Funnels System, which was an inconvenient design left by deceased researcher that only a few could handle. Requires an extra weaponry officer onboard or pilot must give up control of main system in order to activate.
Appearance:
As average AMX-004G, but with a black paintjob.
Weapons:
2x Active Cannon:
A pair of beam cannons mounted on a rotating backpack which gives the cannons a wide-firing arc. The cannons can shoot at targets that are both in front of the mobile suit and targets behind the mobile suit.
1x Beam Gun/Saber
The standard weapons of the Qubeley is a set of dual purpose beam guns/beam sabers that are stored in the forearms. When used as beam guns the weapons remain mounted in the forearms, but when used as beam sabers they are hand carried.
There were only a single unit of beam Gun/Saber left on the TWINS, all of the others were lost and yet to replaced.
30x Funnels
The Qubeley Mass Production Type's most dangerous weapons system is the 30 remote funnel weapons stored in the mobile suit's tail binder. The remote funnel weapon was based off of the Elmeth's larger remote bit, its smaller in size due to how it uses an energy capacitor system. Because the funnels don't have their own power generator they must recharge aboard the Qubeley after a certain amount of time.
As accurate ways to develop talents to drive the origin Funnels system is yet to know, an experimental TWINS is put to test in effort to enable mass adoption of funnels usage, resulting any pilot can be trained to use the funnels but severely limiting its full potential.
Capabilities:
[+] Swarms a large amount of Funnels to give impression of massive long ranged firepower or wipe out less mobile targets.
[+] By limiting numbers of active Funnels, provides effective support at long range, funnels can fire from unexpected angle that average pilots will find it very hard to dodge.
[+] While not providing funnel support, process decent mid-to-close range ability.
Weaknesses:
[-] Accessing funnels requires switching from main system, time gaps switching between systems.
[-] Limited funnels effectiveness, even test pilots like Victoria can only commands ten funnels somewhat fluently or 5 at greater effectiveness, at greater number the effectiveness are hindered.
[-] Funnels need recharges, enemies might learn the unit’s location by tracing returning funnels.
[-] Combat effectiveness are limited within gravity, Qubeley cannot join aerial combat by itself, funnels needs to recharge more often, beam weaponry also less effective under water.
[-] No conventional weaponry, when facing units with high resistant against beam weaponry, concentrate fire or melee options are required.
