ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Alex Todd is an interesting person. Being a member of the Bat Family meant he always needed to prove himself. This fact was made worse by being the son of the black sheep of the family. He is constantly trying to prove to his ‘uncles’ that he his a good hero. He gives off the vibe of someone who doesn’t try too hard and doesn’t care, but deep down he tries very hard and cares a lot.

ᴘᴀʀᴇɴᴛ(ꜱ):Jason Todd and Essence
ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀꜱ: Alex Todd has a unique physiology. His father was reborn with the Lazarus Pit and his Mother made of Shadows older than the sun. The result is that Alex heals faster than a normal human, and seems to be quite resistant. 
His unique heritage and training has given Alex the ability to temporarily become shadow. Becoming intangible for a short time, greatly increasing his speed and mobility for short bursts. 
ꜱᴋɪʟʟꜱ/ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛᴇꜱ: Alex Todd is a skilled crime fighter. As one would expect from one raised by a warrior monk, and a former robin. With skills including but not limited to Acrobatics, Aviation, Business Management, Computer Hacking, Criminology, Deception, Disguise, Escapology, Interrogation, Intimidation, Investigation, Leadership, Lock Picking and Martial Arts. 
ᴡᴇᴀᴘᴏɴ(ꜱ): Alex uses all the weapons would would expect from a member of the bat family. A utility belt of gadgets including custom batarangs, smoke pellets, a small computer, and many others. Most notably is that Alex wields a blunt sword that he runs an electric current through. Creating a sort of less-lethal taser sword. 
Alex’s suit is based off Bruce’s last Batman suit design. An advanced suit designed with flexible plates overlaying a MR-fluid (magnetorheological fluid) armor layer, and incorporating the latest in cutting-edge technology. The tri-weave bodysuit consists of an outer and inner layer made from a titanium-dipped tri-weave fiber mesh. Sandwiched in between is the MR-fluid based liquid armor system. The proprietary WayneTech Smart MR-fluid hardens in response to impacts, specifically designed to provide superior shock absorption, as well as enabling greater force delivery behind counterattacks. The liquid body armor layer is also more flexible than the ceramic or fiber-based alternatives used in previous suits, allowing for greater maneuverability and faster elimination of multiple targets in quick succession. While the suit was high tech in nature and offered Alex his full mobility, it was, however, only moderately effective against bullets. While the actual plates could easily stop bullets, in between the plates was where the weakness of this armour was. 
ʙᴀᴄᴋꜱᴛᴏʀʏ: Shortly after Jason Todd was killed by the joker, he was resurrected in the Lazarus Pit. From there he was trained by the League of Assassins, and the All-Caste. It was during his time training with the All-Caste that he developed a relationship with Essence. The daughter of the leader of the All-Caste. Shortly after Jason left to return to Gotham, Essence discovered she was pregnant. She had the child and named him Alex. Alex spent the first six years of his life being trained by the All-Caste before Jason returned. Essence betrayed the All-Caste and left with Jason, telling him about their son. Taking Alex back to Gotham, the trio lived with Bruce at Wayne Manor where Alex was trained by Bruce and the Former Robins. This lasted for four years, before Bruce was killed by the Court of Owls. The Death of Batman shook the family. Dick Grayson went on to become Batman. Tim Drake took over Wayne Industries. Damian left to lead the League of Assassins. Jason continued his work as the Red Hood. Alex would often be left in the care of his ‘uncles’ as Jason and Essence traveled to fight crime. 
Alex started his own career as a crime fighter when he was twelve, as a Robin alongside Dick Grayson as Batman. 
When he was twenty, he took after his father and started to become a little more extreme. He killed a corrupt senator when he was 22, and took on the identity of Outlaw. From there, he traveled the world following in his Father’s footsteps. Having taken a vow against killing.
