Yesh! Explaining is fun ^.^ So basically, if this isn't already a thing, my character can sense other metas and in some cases their ranking. When she is within a 10 foot raidius (distance is subject to change) of another meta she replicates their power, she will know what it is but not how to use it. Any other knowledge about that power she has will stem from her own studies. She actually spends a lot of time working with an organization that teaches metas how to use their powers (this is assuming I can make my own faction, which I will if I can) learning how to use powers besides her own and it takes a lot of effort on her part. Using other peoples power basically requires her to think like they would and then try to replicate the process they would most likely use to access their powers, for powers that are pretty common (Assuming certain types of powers can be common *Technopaths*) this isn't as much of an issue because her 'faction' has likely helped a person with that power and has a record of it. So if mimicry is an illusion then no she does not have mimicry but Half Replication (Knows some about the power D/C/B), whoever Gia is has Full Replication (knows everything about the power A/S/SS). These are different from Basic Replication or Passive Replication (little to no idea that a power is even being replicated, usually never know about their power E/F). Does that help?

Would your character be more like Rouge from X-Men or Peter Petrelli from Heroes?

I was thinking more like Peter Petrelli, except I never liked that after a certain point he just knew how to use all the powers so they won't be getting any knowledge from people and I promise they will NOT be a Sylar but will suffer from a similar hunger for power and knowledge.

So arc three is going to be Metas vs all Metas rolled into one. Its funny to me because I was planning on my character very calm and meditative, in moral alignment they will probably be neutral good, they will likely be opposites. If you're cool with it I'd like to go ahead and make my character.

Hello every one! If this is still open I was hoping to do a character with replication or mimicry type abilities, there would be limits for sure but I want to run the idea by everyone because its completely rational to not want that kind of character in the RP. There's no hard feelings if you agree, I have plenty of back up ideas.

Mary had been wandering the town for some time. She looked a little less like death since she had broken into a house and cleaned herself up. She was almost convinced this place was empty but she had found several places where people things like her looked like they were chatting. Just sitting around talking, it didn't seem right, there must be some higher order she wasn't seeing.

There was blood every where, staining her skill, marking her tracks. It was disgusting, she was disgusting. Mary didn't want this, she wanted it to stop but it felt so calming and comforting, a feeling no normal person should get from killing. She braced herself against the town hall, and dry heaved until she was shaking. There was nothing in her stomach but she wasn't hungry, or tired. Her muscles were sore and her head hurt, her whole body shook, yet she hadn't received a single wound. Still her brain whirred on, going back to those screams, those faces, the innocents final moments. Mary had felt detached from the situation, as if watching, unable to do a thing. The pure rage that had consumed her was unearthly, there was no reason, no logic, just indiscriminate destruction. Those were her true instincts and they terrified her. In all 27 lay dead, at least a hundred more had fled in every direction, but not east. She could sense why, she had to go somewhere and that seemed the least likely to be filled with innocents. The road was cracking and falling apart, clearly it was rarely used. It was a long trek and she felt relieved when the town came into view, but deep down she knew that this was likely the start of something bad.

Wellllllll.... Jasper is actually a color mostly due to the fact that there is a mineral/gemstone called Jasper and its a reddy brown sometimes with yellow in it. Basically mahogany, but make no mistake, his color is around fushia, despite what he may want you to think. Jasper isn't commonly used as a color though since it's almost the same as mahogany.

Actually not completely inaccurate. Good guess, she probably won't make it there unless people/demons/whatever the hell your character is don't take her seriously.
