Question:

I'm thinking that Umary will be inside with the delegates, maybe not in the same room as Lord Whatever his name is but maybe in another room to stand guard and erect a barrier if needed be over various minor officials with a few other shinobi. Are there any red sages inside said building at the start?

Right now, it appears not. But I may very well guide Arima, who may bring FagLord with him, to charge through a wall that so happens to be part of the room you are in. That sounds fun?!

There's this one famous tale of a guy with 2 puppets at genin level, who defeated a Pain 8 paths copy simply by shooting senbon constantly. Pretty hilarious if you ask me.
