Personality:
Penny speaks robotically, behaves erratically, and is overly active in general. All her actions and emotional states are rather extreme and overacted. When Ruby unintentionally makes an unconditional offer of friendship, Penny seems both immensely pleased and somewhat surprised. Another small quirk is that Penny hiccups whenever she tells a lie.
She also seems to place great value on friendship, as she is greatly angered at the sight of Ruby getting knocked down by Roman's flare in "Black and White". She also places trust in Ruby based on the latter promising that she is her friend in "A Minor Hiccup".
Furthermore, Penny seems to be immensely curious. Upon hearing that Blake has run away, she asks Ruby numerous questions, all related to Blake and friendship in general. Despite being told not to wander off, she still wanders Vale on her own.
Upon confiding in Ruby that she is a synthetic being, Penny is worried about how she would take the news. However, after seeing Ruby take it rather well, she is glad that Ruby does not care she is a machine, for what matters is her heart and soul.
In "Dance Dance Infiltration", she is shown to enjoy dancing as she is seen dancing by herself between two Atlas Soldiers. Later that night, she's seen doing "the robot" with one of the soldiers.
Bio:
After her initial 'death', Penny's been rebooted with upgrades to prevent any similar incident from occurring. She was relatively the same after, albeit deadlier, but upon having Remnant despise her existence under the guise that she was a weapon made by Atlas to infiltrate other countries and tear them from the inside. Though public pressure, she was turned off. She'd wake up after a undisclosed amount of time to a much different world than her's.
Apparently she was lying in her preservation pod in the middle of a desert planet, found by the resistance. Though confused as to where her father was and generally what was going on, the fact that she made friends here cleared everything up. The Resistance thought of course that they saved some poor girl swallowed into the Multiverse, but as they evacuated her, there was evidently an ambush. Most were grunts and they were being outmatched. A lot were deadset on sacrificing themselves out of gallantry, but that wasn't necessary. Penny could handle all these evil individuals because she's Combat Ready!
Penny is indeed a miracle in robotics as she holds every characteristic of a human in terms of her intelligence, emotions, soul and general detection methods clearing her as a human, though in the inside it's clear she is a robot. Because her strength rivals Bayonetta's while outclassing the witch in durability, she only lacks in her explosive power that Bayonetta masters perfectly with her summons.
Abilities:
- Penny's Swords:Penny's Swords are multiple gray-colored blades, with a luminous green power symbol at the center of the bronze-colored hilt, and a green line running parallel to one side. The blades can fold into a more compact gun-like shape, which can be stored within a mechanical pack.
The blades can be deployed as a single blade from the back, and can further separate. Penny is shown to be able to manipulate the blades through thin, string-like cables attached to the blades. Penny can also relocate rapidly using these cables, by embedding the blade(s) into an immovable object and then reeling the connecting cables in to pull herself towards them.
The cables are also shown to be extremely strong, as seen when Penny embeds the blades into a Bullhead's body and pulls the craft down, as well as when they are shown cutting through Penny's body in "PvP". They are also shown to be heavy, as when a piece of Penny's clothes fell when she died, one of her swords fell and pierced it through the stadium ground with ease.
The blades can be brought together to form a circular ring that is spun to fire a powerful green laser that is capable of splitting into many smaller beams. This attack is powerful enough to slice through metal with ease, and are seen to take down two attacking aircraft by cutting them apart.
The blades can also form several smaller rings that can also shoot several smaller laser beams. Penny can also use these smaller ring configurations as thrusters to maneuver herself around the battlefield. She can also make all of them mini-rifles and shoot individual beams - Superhuman Strength and Durability: Penny seems to possess immense physical strength, made evident when she managed to bring the From Dust Till Dawn truck in "A Minor Hiccup" to a complete stop with her bare hands, even causing the ground beneath her feet to buckle and crack. Her strength is attributed to her being a robot which she admits to in the same episode.
- Aura: As the first Robot capable of using Aura, Penny can utilise its strength and durability enhancing capabilities. She has a limited reserve like any being in Remnant and it essentially adds to her already giant strength and durability. It can also heal minor wounds.
- Huntress & Robot Skill: Designed to be capable of keeping up with Hunters, Penny's level of skill can be considered on par or superior to the strongest Huntress in training in the world, Pyrrah (peaking skill alone, and not raw power).
As a robot she could also easily have mental capacity upgrades by her faction and is open to any sort of performance modification.
Hunters are also capable of dashing and closing distances extremely fast, similar to flash step, and Penny can accentuate that even further with her thrusters (as well as fly).

- She can pass off as a normal girl through her world's detection systems, apparently, making it hard to distinguish her from any normal girl.
- She has a weakness to magnets which was being strongly reduced after her first 'death', and catered to by her current affiliation. Strong electromagnetic fields do leave her dizzy however.

Competing with Richard Hawk in how over-the-top evil one can be, Blood Falcon has always had a goofy side to his otherwise atrocious methods when confronted to "problems". Once a completely obedient worker for the vile Black Shadow, now free from his shackles to place special regulator bombs on anyone's cars. Though he does still follow orders, those of Nyx and the Head Executives, for he kind of got his ass handed to him by the whole RoC. He doesn't resent them, he actually happily operates under them for he can now exact his revenge on Captain Falcon ... Who is missing. Also he has a hysterical laugh. Did I mention he loved bombs? And racing I guess.
Bio:
After his master, Black Shadow, was terminated by Deathborn, Blood Falcon had no master and was left to wander the galaxy and annoy/horribly murder people taking part in the F-Zero Grand Prix. He didn't care, he stole money, got brand new vehicles and Falcon was nowhere to be seen. Eventually however, the same belt that absorbed Captain Falcon in GX did some weird stuff and created an anomaly in the Universe. Blood Falcon was there at the time and walked through the bizarre portal.
It didn't take long for the Reign of Chaos to find him with his chaotic nature coupled with how confused he was in a world he didn't know. He first confronted them as they attempted to recruit him for his erratic behavior and power. He fought, he lost and was invited to join anyway. Realizing he could do whatever he wanted with these covering his back, he didn't deny them the second time they asked and ever since remained loyal to them as if they were Black Shadow himself.
Abilities:
- Martial Arts: Being an exact clone of Captain Falcon, he also inherited the bounty hunter's skills and essentially masters multiple forms of martial arts. He bases most of his approaches on kicks, but his most dangerous strikes come from his punches which he can deliver rapidly Dragon Ball Z style.
- Superhuman Strength: He is capable of enhancing his strength like Captain Falcon would by coating himself with dark-red, flaming aura as would Falcon. His strength can be gauged at bending and breaking steel beams with well defined kicks and punches. Not to mention he'd be knocking some heads with that helmet of his.
- BLOOD FALCON PUNCH!: One of the most powerful attacks in all of the Multiverse. Blood Falcon's version is very similar to Captain Falcon's except with Through the Fire and Flames as theme. Blood Falcon focuses a dark and gloomy aura around his right hand coming from God knows where and attempts to deliver the punch. The strength in it is equal to that of a mini nuke, cleaving a giant shockwave around the impact that could keep the average human. He can only use it once every hour and tires him heavily. If he misses or hits something else, tough luck.
If he hits the target's head, they die. No exceptions. Even if they're immortal, their soul is too ashamed to have been falcon punched to come back and deletes itself. If he's also destroying someone's dream in the process, a giant flash of light occurs and he pretends to be dying nobly for his comrades.
He must also shout FALCON PUNCH when delivering the strike. - Blood Falcon Strike: Blood Falcon envelops both his arms with his magic voodoo falcon stuff, allowing him to heat up his fists and just bash through resilient metals in well thrown punches. So he can essentially punch through regular armor. It can only last a few minutes after a few punches.
- Blood Falcon Kick: Very cheap knock off of the Falcon Punch. Someone his by the flaming falcon kick will have hot flames wherever they were struck (very annoying) and sent flying a pretty long distance.
- Blood Hawk: Blood Falcon's prized vehicle that's supposedly superior to the Blue Falcon. Depending whether it is X or GX that answer varies, who cares? Vehicles from the F-Zero Universe are often rather robust as they often take powerful collisions and are highly advanced (yet some how don't have an eject button). This one has really high speed and rather strong resilience, easily tanking heat from a battlefield while running over enemy forces like a drunk idiot. It can also fly multiples meters in the sky and can even navigate in space.
He has a very special (convenient) warping device to have it appear whenever he wants and wherever thanks to Multiverse technology. It can run on Autopilot to ram over people as he does a very lame monologue. - Blood Falcon Flyer: The more Edgy version of the Falcon Flyer. It can do intergalactic travel and has defenses systems and all that jazz. It's just painted all in red and purple because someone's been watching too many creepypastas. Also, yes, he did steal it from the missing Captain Falcon.
- Explosives Expert: He seems very knowledgeable in explosives as he seems to know how to install specific ones on vehicles just to toy with Captain Falcon. While he also has a pistol like his counterpart, he can use various types of explosives he pulls out of his ass somewhere.
