Current Binged Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and fell in love. Was skeptical at first since it was by the same people who produced Riverdale but I was not disappointed.

Location: Kitchen

Eliza busied herself hopping around the kitchen helping with the plates that she didn't even notice another person bustling and pushing around in the kitchen. The smell of food being prepared had her feel regret for skipping out on dinner last night. Some of the others started to make their way into the kitchens as well and gathered at the tables. Few downing caffeine like there was no tomorrow. Eliza mentally stuck her tongue out at the scent of coffee, she was more of a tea person. Though she did understand the need for the kick that caffeine offered, she'd rather suffer from exhaustion than to experience the bitter taste of coffee.
"Morning there." Eliza responded back to the woman who had just walked in and greeted everyone. Eliza watched for a moment as the woman made her way to the table to started engaging in introductions with the new face.

As Arthur was finishing up the food, Eliza finished heating up the plates as instructed and the pair was ready to bring it out to the others. As Eliza helped Arthur set down the rest of the plates and grab herself a seat, she finally takes a detailed notice of the new face from earlier. The way that the girl talked towards the man that was in a rush to get coffee, and the way she postured herself behind a smirk and a cup, it rubbed Eliza the wrong way. It reminded her of how she acted back in New York when she was competing against her sister. And the kind of vibe that this girl was throwing around annoyed Eliza in a way that it might influence her to act the same. They were just starting out, but Eliza planned on acting polite and patient as possible in order to hide the fact that she came from a life where acting like a brat was a contest.

Eliza stopped and turned away from her when she caught herself accidentally glaring at the girl. Her focus turned to the food as she thanked Arthur for his hard work and started to eat. The food wasn't the best she's ever had, especially when it was 5-star chefs cooking for her, but it was good enough.

Location: Room -> Cafeteria/Kitchen

Eliza woke up annoyed to the sound of the alarm. As she would have guessed, 8:00 was a bit tad early for her taste. Nevertheless, she sprung off the bed and took another good look around the room. It was when she spotted a closet did curiosity get the best of her. She walks to the door expecting to see hospital gowns or prisoner outfits when opened. To her surprise, were clothing that was almost to her taste. Everything was off-season of course, she didn't expect the biohazard people to be up to date on the latest fashion trends. Eliza was confused on how they figured out the type of clothing she likes. Were they watching them live their daily lives? Or perhaps they already contacted love ones for the information? Whatever the reality was, Eliza was relieved she wasn't going to be stuck wearing the same outfit every day.

After spending a few minutes getting ready and contempt with her outfit, which was a nice simple dark purple/black floral romper, Eliza made her way to the cafeteria. On her way there she spotted the person who sat alone last night head to the vending machines. They were going to be doing activities, the last thing that was needed was junk food. She shrugged it off and continued to the cafeteria. That was when she sees the new face that the intercom lady was talking about. The new girl was standing at the entrance, seeming to only be peering in.

Eliza quietly walks up behind the girl to see what she was looking at. Alas, it was the Arthur gentleman, from the UK. He appeared to be already cooking, which reminded Eliza that they had to prep their own meals from here on out. Eliza wasn't much of a cook, but the man looked as if he knew what he was doing. Trying best not to startle her but also alert her that Eliza was right behind her, she puts a hand on the shoulder of the girl.
"Hey new girl I'm starving, let's not gawk here any longer and see if he needs any help." Eliza yawns and lets go of the girl's shoulder, making her way towards the kitchen.
"I can't cook, but I guess I can start setting a table for everyone." Eliza gives Arthur a smile and starts searching the place for plates, utensils, and cups.

Wooo so excited for this

It took a moment for Akane to even comprehend the voice in her head. Without thinking she blurted out a confused
"Hello?"
But the voice didn't say anything else. But that was the least of her worries. All around her those who injected the fluid had begun to react, some far worse than others. Soon enough there was a giant ogre rampaging the bar and a fire that engulfed half the room. She looked around to see two people escaping out of a broken window and Akane wondered if she could make it out there too. But like the fire, chaos was spreading around the room. A man pulled out a knife and Akane was skeptical on how that would help.
"Oh my oh my~ That little thing would honestly fare better against the fire than that beast." The voice appeared once more, only to jeer and giggle.

Akane took a step back in astonishment that the voice was actually real, scary, loud... and kind of annoying.
But Akane didn't have time to think about it, her only options so far were to either face the ogre, the fire, or escape.
Smoke started to fill the air and there was hardly any room for breathing.
"Hey! Don't stand around, use me!" The voice cried out.
"Like... Pokemon™?" Her voice was muffled through her hand covering her mouth from the smoke.
If voices had eyes, this one was rolling hers into the next mind.
Akane then had a sharp pain in her mind, as if something was trying to break out.
"You idiot! I mean let me take control, just give me your consent or whatever." The voice had a malicious tone to it, something that scared Akane, something that couldn't be trusted.
"N-no, I don't even know you..." Akane clasps both her hands to her mouth as the smoke thickens.
The voice sighs and for a second Akane was unsure of herself.
"Listen, if I take over you can: at.any.time. take back control got it? And you'll be awake the whole time! AND everyone will thank you for saving their lives!" The voice was getting more and more persistent. Akane couldn't help but wonder if this could be the quirk that was given to her. If it was, she then wondered if there was a refund policy. Even so, it was hard to make out was her quirk actually is: the ability to drive herself insane?

The room was getting hot and the situation was turning for the worst. There was no other choice, and the voice said that Akane would have the ability to gain back control. Reluctant, Akane shook her head and moved her hands from her mouth.
"F-fine I... give you control." At that instant Akane was entirely engulfed by black fog and her vision darkened like the flashbacks she was having earlier. She was still conscious and was still able to hear and see everything that was going on but unable to move. It was like being tied down and forced to look through the lens of someone else's eyes.
Where Akane stood, it was replaced by a female ghost like figure.

"Let's get this party started!" The ghost screams out. She immediately goes over to the bar and finds a couple of bar drink dispenser guns.

She slowly levitates 3 of the drink guns, pointing them at the fire.
"Who likes water shows?" The ghost girl says as all three of the drink guns began to shoot water out.
Akane, watching all of this through the ghost girl's eyes, felt amazed.
She couldn't help but wonder who this girl is, and what she was doing trapped in Akane's mind. But that didn't matter for now, because they actually had a chance to calm the situation down. Now everyone else could focus on the ogre while the fire can slow down.

Location: Cafeteria -> Bedrooms

With all the talk about powers and the mention of heroes, Eliza couldn't help but think maliciously. Like Sienna said, everyone here had a different backstory that potentially led them here. But what if that backstory would lead them to become a "villain"? It wasn't out of the question, if she had the power of invincibility or to stop time, it would prove easy to rob banks or hurt people without them knowing. Eliza didn't share these thoughts with the others, especially with the men in biohazard suits around. But at the same time, no one can stay ignorant to that possibility.

For now. it would be best to observe how everyone else turns out throughout their stay here. Though Eliza doubts she would use her "power" for bad, the thought of being an "all mighty, all good" superhero didn't fit her image. But being a murderous depraved criminal definitely doesn't resonate with her either. The only question that remained for everyone else to answer was, what were they planning to do after leaving this place?

But before she could even speak, the woman from earlier spoke through the intercom informing them of tomorrow's plan. Eliza couldn't help but feel bitter at the mention of a call. She didn't really have anyone she would willingly call and inform them of her situation here. Except maybe Elaina, there was always the chance her sister could pull some strings and get her out of this coop. But at the same time, they didn't have the best relationship.

Some proceeded to get up and head to the bedrooms, which was an indication for Eliza to push away this problem for tomorrow's worries. After saying goodbye to those remaining she heads down to her bedroom and opens the door. The bedroom to her looked like a 4 star hotel - at most. Which was a major downgrade to what she was used to, but she would have to make ends with what was provided.

In the end, exhaustion had already hit, she was far too tired to deal with a downgrade and the fact that there would be no one to even care if she was stuck here. With mother out of the picture for years now and father gone, there was really no one she could trust. And being in a facility surrounded by nothing but strangers with the potential of powers? It was a far worse nightmare than when she lost her dream to Elaina. Laying in bed, the thoughts in her head began to blur as she fell fast asleep.
I have a discord @Aquanthe

Location: Cafeteria

Eliza shrugged and continued to listen in on what the others had to say. She didn't want to go into detail on why she would think this was some elaborate prank, she knew what people in the...working class think of the 1%. She was more than a stereotypical rich brat... she was a rich brat with feelings. But she wasn't here to make enemies, not yet anyway. It would prove much more beneficial to be civil to one another than to come at everyone's neck. Like father said to her once, you don't have to be friends...just be adults.

Everyone started to give their introductions and a small piece of their lives. Eliza can admire the noble professions of being a teacher or serving in the AirForce. She wanted to introduce herself as well, but didn't want to run the risk of seeing her in a different light. On top of that, she didn't have a job, the company paid for everything. Eliza pondered for a second then decided it was best to twist the truth.
"I'm Eliza, I moved to California not too long ago to hopefully...start a business... guess that won't happen now. But I hope we can all get along while we're here." She tried not to look directly in anyone's eyes and instead focused on finishing the rest of her blue drink.
It wasn't long before someone brought up the topic of powers. Eliza couldn't help but inhale sharply. Whatever abilities they would develop, Eliza couldn't help but think that it could turn for the worse. What if she started to develop a mutation? She gripped her empty cup waiting on what the others have to say.
