Kung Fu: Five Ancestors Fist; a style originating in the South that combines the breathing methods and iron body of Da mo, the posture and dynamic power of Luohan, the precision and efficient movement of Emperor Taizu, the hand techniques and the complementary softness and hardness of White Crane and the agility and footwork of Monkey. The style teaches that each fight contains three battles (combat preparation, combat tactic and combat strategy), each taking place within three levels (conceptual/mind, physical/body, and spiritual/chi).
Although the exact method depends on the school, Five Ancestors is known for its large variety of power generational methods. Due to the distinct character of each ancestor, these methods change depending on the power required. Therefore different schools will teach different methods and focus on different forms.
The school of Five Ancestors Fist that Meikai learned focused heavily on developing power, fist forms with lethal strikes to the pressure points of the body, a relaxed body for dodging strikes and flowing gracefully with the energy of your opponent, sword forms, two-partner team forms, and forms for a comprehensive arsenal of improvised weapons even including rice bowls and chopsticks.

Legend of Awesome: A governor's daughter in the prosperous town of Dragon's Gate, Meikai was raised among much culture and luxury. Unfortunately for her family, Meikai had an adventurous spirit. As a child, she began sneaking out and pretending to be a normal villager. Soon she met a young thief named Suya and the two girls quickly becames closer than siblings. They did everything together. Years passed and they became an unstoppable pair. They would steal and fight and cause mayhem throughout the day and then return to the luxury of the governor's home at night.
Of course, Meikai's father eventually discovered the truth. And he was incensed. He blamed Suya for all of it, saying that she corrupted his daughter and he had her sentenced to execution. Meikai was bound in chains in her home to prevent a "foolish rescue attempt". But using the principles of Kung Fu that Suya had started to teach her, she was able to break the chains. She rushed against time itself to save her friend. But she was not fast enough.
Her father, the executioner and every single city guard fell that day. She buried Suya's head and body outside of the city that evening and fell asleep crying over the fresh grave. Ever since her father regained conciousness that day, he has sent soldiers to bring his own daughter to justice. Such men found her at that grave the next morning. And she has fought many more since. That is why she has come to Master Shi. If she doesn't improve her Kung Fu, one day she will lose.
