I had an idea for Kilgarrah's hero, a once renowned pirate captain who angered Nahargu’ul by taunting the god of the sea as if to prove to his crew that it was not the gods who had power over the seas, but a skilled captain alone. In his prideful boasting, the angered cth-I mean,Nahargu’ul, sent the ship sinking to the crew's demise, but Kilgarrah's agent Mizuchi was sent to spare the captain. For the sole purpose of not granting his salty brother the satisfaction of killing the prideful sailor as part of his spite for their rivarly, in addition to relating to the mortal's high ego.

If lycanthropy were a rampant disease and not a curse in this case, it'd make sense if Yigzavath and Asivar collaborated on it. Though they're not friendly enough for that.
