Some type of energy orb or object, that sat right at the centre of what was supposed to be Jade's imprint of her home town... and instead of the place, there was just this circular bottomless pit stretching deep into the ground. When Orthrus tried to approach it, it just started trying to draw him in like gravity. Then i sealed it with a spell to at least sedate it. Don't know how much good that did though.

Also, do you have info on his background, goals, how he became interdimensional, etc.? I'll be transparent, I'm iffy on an imp working as a first char—it's already a pretty steep learning curve to get into, and a complex first char adds additional challenges.
