Biopunk, comic book (still mostly superheroes mind you), fantasy and oddball character aficionado. I'm back and ready to git loogin'. I am a Hufflepuff Primary with a Ravenclaw Secondary. I probably model Gryffindor as a secondary and model Gryffindor primary as well. Those are just my hunches but I bleed black and yellow. Though Pittsburgh can go plug a hole for all I care. My spirit guide is Phoebe Buffay which is awesome and fits me like a glove. For you Meyers-Briggs enthusiasts I'm a ESFP

I write almost every day either as a novel or just as casting for my many idea for RPs or just stories. Theme and genres for RPs are mostly superheroes (any kind prefer original superheroes but not against DC or Marvel at all), fantasy (original ideas get a cut to the front), urban fantasy, and biopunk and most any soft sci-fi. Romance is a great sub genre. School RPs are fine but put a spin on them. I'm now open to anime games, I'm team Digimon 4 lyfe and Ah! My Goddess still holds up. I have realized I totally suck at large RPs mostly because I just can't keep up with them under any circumstances, this was a suspicion I had for a long time and it has just been confirmed. I am a Christian as well, if that fact alone makes you squirm please don't cross my path, I will merely ignore you. If it doesn't welcome to my mind.

Location: Walking towards the General Barracks 
Interacting With: Anybody willing to listen

Grace walked up towards the Barracks, a woman her age normally isn't seen towards a barracks at least not for the reasons she's walking towards it. She's late and she knows it, feeling kinda awkward as she packed light. As she enters she hopes her looks will put a smile on someone. "Uh, hello everybody. I'm Grace Hudson, I just got here ready to volunteer." She immediately blushes, sighs and turns. Well don't I sound like a wanton woman from one of my trashy romance novels. She thinks. She walks out of the barracks and tries to introduce herself yet again.

"I'm Grace Hudson and I'm ready to serve my dear." She says. She pauses and taps someone on a shoulder. "Excuse me my dear sir, did I sound too matronly for someone like me?" She asks. Anybody seeing her do this has realized while she's a pretty face that has some skills, it's not in the combat scenario, on the field or inspiring people. That or just a woman that is obsessed with her image.

Interacting With: Dorothy Wiesse every so slightly 

Paige takes notes on the perp. This is making her skin crawl and she audibly dry heaves. She suddenly jumps up "I'm sorry." She says as she jogs out of the room patting Dorothy on the head ever so slightly. She stays in the lobby just outside the meeting room. Why is this shaking me all of a sudden? She asks herself. It's not like I can get knocked up and have a kid to protect when all this fighting is happening.. She tries to breathe and slowly gets back into the meeting.

"I am so sorry dear Sir. I just, have had a stressful day." Paige says knowing it's a shitty excuse. "I just need someone I can rely upon. This is clearly an escalation of something. I don't want to charge forward unless needed." She looks at Dorothy sheepishly. Then back at her superior realizing her charming smile won't win back her dignity.

@FiroIV Well I'm thinking you're in a city-state (Think Ankh-Morpork in Discworld or historical Athens or Sparta just set in the 40s) and you either run a newspaper or you're a reporter. I can do either one but it starts the same way. You are a startup company essentially in the news business as either an employer or employee. In the city they are some NPCs of influence. For example you have the Captain of the Guard who might want you to be an informant or help expose another faction member, there's a religious leader who might find a certain member being a jerk, there's a bigwig movie executive (or his neglected wife) that wants your help to look into what could be the best place to film. That's how you get paid.

You can also talk to normal people and get human interest stories and depending on what the public (and influencial people like) they might try to sponsor you or try to block your news (or start their own competing paper).

OK I'm mulling over this idea now that my one of my RPs is now PM only. I decided to pitch you guys this.

Hellboy meets Transmetropolitan. 

If you want more than just an x meets y pitch (which I normally hate as they never live up to the hype). You work at a penny press newspaper in the 40s or 50s in either a world of my creation or an altered earth. They're Golden Age level superheroes in real life, you report on things. Might crack a conspiracy or three and fall in love. This isn't a murder hobo game this is a game about news reporting and adventure where you gotta be more socially apt for said reports and interviews. Bodyguards are fine.
