Hello, fellow roleplayers! It's been a while (around 8 months) since I last was on this site, and I want to ease back into my old ways of writing. I am pretty specific about what I like and dislike, so please bear with my pickiness for the time being xD

About me... I can assure you that I am older than 18 years old, so mature themes like gore and sex do not phase me. The only thing I would say is that I am not interested in pure smut, mature content is fine by me as long as it contributes to the plot. As you will soon learn, I am more interested in historical settings that lean towards the fantasy side of things - think Game of Thrones-esque, and that's pretty much it for the most part. Some of my plots are random related, but knowledge of the world it is set in is not necessary - I'd be more than happy to give you a brief summary of everything you need to know if needed.

I will tell you now that I am a student, and both studying and my family life may get in the way sometimes. Most of the time, it will be my priority to send a message to my partner, at minimum, once a day. An actual roleplay post, however, may take up to a week for me to send. Whether the roleplay takes place in a thread or through PM is up to you, I don't mind either way.

So, here are my plot ideas. Characters I am most interested in playing will be in bold, but I am open to playing most roles and changing a thing or two if you'd SO like me to.

The Red Queen

Inspired by the Red Queen books by Victoria Aveyars, a Red girl finds herself thrust into the world of the elite Silvers. She is hidden in plain sight, betrothed to one of the Princes of Norta, and forced to play a part as a pawn in the fight for power over the divided lands. Oppurtunity for this plot to go anywhere, as the beginning of the story will be the only Canon part. I would be more than happy for my partner and I to play multiple characters in this world, and if you are unfamiliar with the Red Queen world, then find out more here.

Western Hope

No set plot for this, I'm just wanting to see who's interested in a Western 1x1. It can include shooting, drinking, adventuring with romance and heartbreak along the way too. It's up to you!

Sin Eater's Daughter

Influenced by 'The Sin Eater's Daughter' book by Melinda Salisbury and set in the kingdom of Lormere, a young girl is chosen by the Gods every century to be Daunen Embodied - daughter of both Day and Night with the touch of poison. She cannot touch anyone bar the blessed royal family, and spends her life of solitude heavily guarded in the riches of the castle of Lormere. Her whole life is dedicated to her kingdom, but what if it's all a lie? What if she is not sacred at all?

Of course, these are just a few ideas of mine. Please do PM me with ideas of your own, or any interests of yours and we can hopefully roleplay together! You will find that I am very flexible, and pretty desperate for a 1x1 right now xD

It was not rare for Iris to stay sleeping until late, sometimes even after the sun had reached its highest point, but today she had been aroused from her slumber by the faint sound of movement in the room. Her eyes opened, wincing slightly at the bright morning light before adjusting to locate the source of the disruption. Of course, it had been Elden. Part of the girl wanted to offer a greeting, perhaps a 'good morning', yet she remained silent as she watched him get ready. Also her crystalline eyes followed her beloved around the room, her mind was elsewhere.

She recalled the breakfast William Lannister had invited her to, their discussion of a possible alliance. There was no doubt that their union would spark a strong alliance, a force to be reckoned with. The Tyrells and the Lannisters had been bound together before...what would be different this time? Well, Elden, for one, would be a complication. Iris had known that whatever they were would have to be discussed sooner or later, about what will happen when Iris is wed and expected to be a faithful wife. Yet, she realised, she did not want for this to end; at least not yet.

It was only when Elden closed the door behind him upon leaving that the bastard slid out of bed. She was not one to sleep completely without clothes, yet her nightgown was somewhat lacking in concealment. She proceeded to get ready alone after dismissing the offer of handmaidens, as it was a common occurance for her to get frustrated with the poor girls as they would never do anything quite to her liking. As she was brushing her mahogany locks, her mind began to wander yet again to the Lannister boy. Yes, he was very handsome indeed and she considered herself to be quite liking the Lord, but she didn't know him. It was this that sent her heart fluttering wildly at the thought, the unfamiliarity unsettled her and she was certainly not used to being so out of control.

Today, of course, was the day of the tourney. She held no such interest of jousting and games alike, yet she was expected to be there so she would be. Iris had the perfect dress for the occasion, one that would catch even the most devoted husband's eye. She already knew that a few would already be down in the common room, more at ease than they had been upon first meeting. She had gotten to know a few of the other Lords and Ladies, the Lannisters especially, yet had kept her distance for the time being. This would be the day that true characters would be revealed, she predicted. And she would most certainly be there to watch.

My interest is very, very high. One question though. I'm assuming anyone can hook up with anyone, right? Not just a small towner x celeb? 'Cause I know who I want my faceclaim to be, but I'll feel a bit weird playing them as the actor, so I'll probably just make them a small towner lol.

I'm happy to see that you're interested! To match up the starting couples, I'll be using one of those name generator things. Then, after a few days in the roleplay, rooms and couples can be swapped and real relationships can begin to form.

As someone who sure loves a good slice of life rp, I am also quite interested. If we were to go for a celeb role, would the celeb have to be an actual celeb from real life or could they be a fictional celeb?

It can be either, really, although it would be easier for everyone if it was a real-life celebrity. Just as long as the character makes sense, the choice is yours!
