Not to get all psychological, but some people are actually just 'wired' to take things people say literally. I'm like that to an extent, but I've learned that people here are usually just shitposting.

This bio will get reconstructed once I've left the site for good. I'll be collecting my data in the background for now, and sorting some loose ends. I'll be on and off to do it, so don't think I'm back if you see me around. Once I've dealt with everything, I'll log out properly and remove my 'ghost' status, and that'll be the last this site sees of me. This community is in serious need of growing up, and I'm not the least bit surprised that role-plays die here so frequently.
The 'Grim Reaper's Gambit' role-play is likely to reboot elsewhere eventually. The role-play will have some modifications, so contact me if you're curious since the original project won't accurately explain everything. There's no determined date for it to happen yet, since I've got other priorities and I'm not investing a lot of time in it until enough of the people interested have free time to properly commit (lack of dedication on the part of some players practically destroyed the previous version; it's very apparent it would've died even if I hadn't decided to leave). There's a group that're quite interested, but most of them are busy.
Anyway, come back later for an update later -- or don't; it's your life.

Posts we've gotten recently from people've been good, and it's nice to see things moving closer to the main phase. As it stands, we're waiting for Henneth and Lotus to arrive at the escort point and encounter Lucia. In a few days time, Itzal and Paula will end up being the first ones to make it to the estate itself, followed by the next post by Tatiana. I'm still waiting for Karlita and Rein in order to move forward with Leonard's side of things -- whichever of them posts first doesn't matter too much, in my eyes. Conrad and James still have a while until their posts need to come in, which presumably won't happen until after Charlotte and Olivia go to the escort point.
Anyway, I don't really have any major updates to mention or anything. I've honestly been contending with some heavy depression for the last ten hours, so I don't expect to do much on my end until the melancholy settles. Hopefully it'll be gone when I wake up next, at the latest, but I won't be sleeping yet.

Dunno if you guys get this glitch, but it's happened a few times to me. One of the times it happened was in the Dev thread, but this time it happened in this thread. I seemingly become unable to post in one thread at times, despite all other threads still allowing me to post.
Basically, I don't know if anyone but me will get the problem, but currently if I go to that thread then the box for typing a new post is completely gone. I felt like bringing an old thread back to life because of some dreams I had before coming online, but it's not letting me. Figured I'd find out how common this problem actually is, considering I'm able to post in other topics just fine.

@Pudding and @Kalleth still need to vote. As it stands, we're a little over half way until the seven day rule takes place. When seven days pass without a vote, unless the murderer is the only person who needs to vote in order to make a vote majority (a situation which results in the murderer dying, but that currently isn't the case), then the murderer kills two people.

- As of thirteen minutes ago, the thread shifted from 'Apply' to 'Full'. From this point onward, new players attempting to register will be possible, but stricter -- specifically, I won't be making any massive attempts to 'recruit' from this point onward (though I'll still bring it up to people who might be interested), so people'll need to find us on their own or be invited, either by one of you or through conversation with me. At any rate, player characters can still be registered until we reach a specific plot point, and this includes multiple characters from the players who we already have (who will, as stated previously, get priority over new players). Once we reach a specific plot point, registering player characters will be completely off the table to everyone, but do keep in mind that this won't forbid you guys from registering NPCs -- the 'card bearers' specifically will no longer be creatable once we reach that plot point.

It doesn't matter whether they do that before or after the previous three.
