Character concepts so far:

Shiara/shiara inspired char: revolutionary sort, actively opposed
undecided gem: highly adaptable, but also idealistic (leaning toward this one to start, but maybe Shiara)
possibly older gem: not that much older, struggling to adapt, but tending towards resignation (not yet fed up, might become so)

CURSE IT ALL THE COOL PEOPLE ARE HERE. *flailing* I'm really tmepted to join. I just think I would regret taking this on. I lack selfconfidence lately -- and political intrigue is not my strong suit. I also suspect I'd get my char killed off playing a Gem, so there's that.

And clarification of how much contribution is needed for authorship to count? Creation of a character, but no actual writing? Initial character creation but the character long since being adopted by the first author, and perhaps a once over for proofing?

Can one author be involved in two works if they did only proofing for one (or something similarly low-involvement) and were the primary writer for the other?

EDIT: I should note that I didn't stalk any of them over here, I saw it in the sidebar, and actually I'd seen the rp before I got to know them the first time around too. But yes, I'm very definitely here because of people and story. ^.^
