Yes. Only one alteration at a time.
@Melonhead @GreivousKhan Final battleground has been set. Good luck.
Struggling against the onslaught of the Forgotten, Skallagrim rose to his feet slowly, a nimbus of amethyst energies surrounding him as he faced N’Katya, who had entered the portal room.

“You have always been a fool.” The Forgotten murmured, raising the glaive again, the gleaming blade pointed at Skallagrim.

And you have always acted before you understood the situation completely.” Skallagrim said as he stepped around the hastily erected barricade. His sword shimmered as silver-blue lights raced up and down the length of it with such speed; it appeared to be made of the energy.

“You have lost Cughtagh, now give me the Key.”

“It is too late N’Katya, the tendrils of fate are already pulling the two with the key halves away from this place. You cannot traverse any of these portals, they are attuned to my Aesr, you must kill me to get to them.”

A howl of rage erupted from the winged horror as she rushed forward towards the skeletal being, who simply waited to engage her in combat.

The Gates of the Abandoned-

Start: 10/16/2015
End: 11/20/2015
First Post: Melonhead

A mystical place for the Dreamers, The Gates of the Abandoned is where Ghoukas, the Lord of Nightmares is imprisoned. The contestants find themselves roughly 200 feet apart on a harsh desert world. The air is thin, as thin as the air near the summit of Mt. Everest, meaning that there is roughly half to 1/3 the normal oxygen the characters may be used too. (For this match the oxygen restriction is removed at the request of the fighters) The wind whips through the battleground every six posts and kicks up a harsh dust cloud limiting visibility to three feet for one post. The gravity is normal for the Xindhi/Dreamers meaning it twice earth’s gravity doubling the contestant’s weight.

Each contestant is equipped with a Dream Fragment. This can only be used one time and lasts for a total of four posts. This Fragment allows the contestant to alter the landscape in any way they wish for four posts total. The transformation happens when the user describes the new battleground.

The Winner can claim a prize offered for the Tournament, and they receive the Key of the Oubliette which they can use to free the Lord of Nightmares. Otherwise, they can keep the key and use it for further storyline purposes.

The contestants start 200 feet apart with the large gate between them.

@Rilla Rank this yo!

You've been actually been the most helpful to be honest. And main reason I ask stuff is to get different views on everything which can also help in telling who understands it and who doesn't correctly as well as the different ways to do it. Something that helps a lot for individuals not familiar with the system and getting the flavor of the arena battlers. It also makes it feel less like I'm being expected to swim or sink too.

Well no one is expecting you sink, flounder about some. But then everyone does when they first step up to bat. The best way to learn to fight, is to fight. Trust me if you make a mistake, and you will, ask then. It is easier to use teachable moments to show you one, two or several ways that mistake could have been avoided. You can learn all the theories, but practical has to come from experience.

There is fighting now because the Forgotten are here. If this is what you mean, then of course.
Wut? You want to say you fought in the tourney when you didn't?
Seconds cant fight in the tourney but have free reign in the lobby.
You never needed a sheet for a second.
There will be tea, there is always time for tea.
