Finally caught up on Rick and Morty. Pretty good shit. It's not every day a cartoon reminds me of my existential crisis.

The Boarder Patrol in Vermont has more important matters than illegal Mexicans. They have to stop the White Walkers.

Alright, will post then.
@Atrophy

Shall I give you a chance to respond before we lift off?
An asian looking man greeted Ava in very authentic German. Ava was slightly taken back from this, but was non the less relieved that there was at least somebody here who could speak her native language. After all, being isolated for most of your life doesn't exactly allow for a healthy understanding of foreign languages.

"Guten Morgan! Ich habe nicht erwartet jemand meine Sprache sprechen. Wo hast du gelernt?" she asked.
Ugghh... Apologies. Can't post tonight. Got a flight in about 20 minutes, so no can do. But! I shall most definitely post tomorrow!

And dammit guys, stop trying save Addison! SHE NEEDS TO SUFFER

xD
@Mercenary Lord

Sounds good! I'll post the fly around and what not tomorrow. I, funny enough, can't do it tonight as I got to fly some cargo run this evening.

And before you ask, yes. Yes it is drugs. ;)
@Prodigal Son

Oh, I hadn't noticed your response. My bad! Post away.
Ava stepped through the portal revealing her surroundings to be a somewhat cozy cabin. Before her was an... odd collection of individuals. Oh, who was she kidding, she was the one with freakin wings sprouting out of her back. However, that did not stop Ava feeling like a fish out of water among all these magic users. Having only rudimentary, self taught abilities, Ava has yet to tap into her immense power to any significant degree.

As she continued to look around, she realized she had no idea whether she was still in the Alps or in a whole other country. Regardless, she listened to Felix explain how he came to find her and why he needed her. "Yeah, I just assumed you knew me through some archives or something back at the church. Figured you were after the same thing as they were, but this.... wow.... this is really, really serious... huh...."

The gravity of the situation began to hit her. Leaving home, saving the world, all of this was starting to really sink in. Ava felt a shiver run down her spine, but refused to show any sign of nervousness. In fact, despite the seriousness of the situation, she still felt incredibly excited about finally getting out of that suffocating village.

Ava turned to the small group and smiled somewhat awkwardly. She figured that she'd at least introduce herself. "Umm.... Hello. I'm Ava Kurier. Nice to meet all of you." she said, a thick Austrian accent hanging off of each word.

I know right, I wasn't expecting so much activity at once, it's got me all fired up

I might even post tonight too just for kicks

@Skepic Yo I just realized that bigger aircraft like the bird are definitely going to need a trained copilot. I'll address that in my post, because having a reporter in the copilot seat would be asking for a crash imo

Ahem, May I remind you that your RPing with someone who has actually logged 160 hours of flying so far, and is on a path to become a career pilot in real life? So long as that reporter doesn't try to praise a god and crash the thing intentionally, I doubt that he could fuck it up. A pilot and co-pilot controls are linked and about all systems for an aircraft are simply replicated on both sides (usually, now it was like, a four engine heavy bomber, then yeah, there are some co-pilot specific stuff).

AKA, a co-pilot's main job is redundancy and making the pilot's life a bit easier.

You don't need to know how to fly a plane in order to yank back on a yoke if your going down. Krauss is just asking Edward to man up if the need arises during this flight and not be a little bitch.

;)
