I've already checked Ruu. She seems rather good. I have an offers for you. Because of Faust she might have come to know one of the other NPCs I'll bring about.
A necromancer that controls undead cyborgs like a puppeteer. Her name is Orihime Tokisada, by the way. She could easily have seduced him with promises of her knowledge. What do you think?
Also, I think that the rat should make her spread disease, not acid, didn't that makes more sense?
We can work out on that Necromancer thing(I wouldn't call it seduced though!), but Ruu is Faust's host nonetheless, so while he isn't on her side, getting her killed ain't good either. And Faust can manipulate Ruu in a way that she could do dirty work for that Necromancer I guess.
And "The Rat"? Poor Rats, already misunderstood before the roleplay even started. But yeah, that makes more sense. I'll change it in a bit.
There, my new char! I decided to keep the old sheet of Yuuki for now though. I hope that one is okay? If the 'language barrier' is too much of a problem I can let her be capable of speaking whatever language people be using though. If there are any problems or something isn't clear please let me know.
Gender: Female Race: Youkai Height: 146 cm Weight: 37 kg Birthday: 11. November Affiliation: Chaotic Neutral
Personality: Ruu is a girly looking Youkai that carries the purity of a wild child. No morals and only with limited knowledge imprinted by Faust, she has no real purpose in life beyond surviving, not getting bored and an innocent thirst for knowledge.
Beyond that, Ruu is tainted by her Neverborn. While her playful and innocent nature keep random urges of aggression and laziness in check, her endless hunger is a problem something she constantly deals with. And not in a sense of having weight problems.
Background: Ruu is a youkai that doesn't remember anything beyond simply being there. All of a sudden, she existed, together with Faust and The Pack. Far away from civilisation, Ruu spend her times simply eating and traveling around while making two more friends: Rats and Terror.
Sooner or later however, actually quite recently, her curiosity and wandering brought her to more civilized areas, areas where she got to know a entirely new kind of delicacy: Human meat. Human meat was more delicious than anything she ever had, despite the fact that each human had their own flavour, and some actually tasted nasty, it was a heaven nonetheless. Ruu loved the taste of humans enough that she decided to stay there for a while.
Powers: Doom Covenant Ruu is capable of infecting other life forms with so called Abyssal Seeds. While this seeds show nearly no effect on strong individuals, they are capable of inflicting seizures, pain, hallucinations and alike that could kill an ordinary child, if not just drive insane. The true purpose of those seeds however reveals upon the hosts death, empowering the seed in a such a way that a Neverborn is called into existence: Youkai-like beings bound to that particular seed.
Ruu is capable of utilizing those seeds by either implanting them in her own body or corrupt objects to gain, either way, various passive and active abilities while tearing on her sanity. While a seed can be taken from an object without any loss, implanting them into her own body is permanent. She is also able to call forth the True Gestalt of a Neverborn under her command, trading mentioned abilities with a temporary minion. As long as the seed is intact, a Neverborn is theoretically immortal, even if the summoned body is destroyed, though sustained damage on the summoned body takes a time to regenerate and goes hand-in-hand with the impact of the passive and active abilities gained through corruption or implanting.
A Neverborn consisting of an ever growing pack of fiendish black dog-like creatures capable of combining and splitting into different sizes. The creatures are agile, deadly and capable of traversing through connected shadows but ridiculously weak against light. While their intelligence is limited to an eternally growing hunger, with Ruu as the pack leader they are capable of following commands and sharing information in a hive-mind kind of fashion. Giving them the purpose of information collection and food collection. The current number of The Pack counts 7.
If not out on the field, Ruu shares part of their agility, sense of smelling, jaw-strength and teeth as well the attribute of traveling through shadows.
A Neverborn that, if looked upon, seems to resemble everyone the person knows yet no one. Faust is a intelligent being that possesses knowledge in many fields of occult and normal expertise. That knowledge however is not easily shared. He likes to plot behind his master's back, while pretending to be a nice person. Because he's Faust. And everyone called 'Faust' isn't actually going to be a good guy.
While in her body, Ruu's learning capability is greatly increased. Furthermore, not to Ruu's knowledge, Faust is capable of directly messing with her mind.
A huge humanoid-like 4 meter towering giant. Between the gaps of the violently flicked together skin, adorned by all kind of skin diseases, intestines spilling out can be seen. Sluggish, slow and stupid like bread, though sill following very basic commands, Rats smells like 1000 deceased orphaned kitten in a closed environment. Carries enough disease that a quarantine zone would be established due to its presence alone. Also capable of regenerating lost body-mass at a steady pace.
This gross thing gives Ruu an immunity against most diseases, strong regenerative capabilities and the ability to make spread diseases at will.
Another humanoid shaped, slim white Neverborn which sole reason of existence is to protect the queen: Ruu. With a mindset of that complete protection can be achieved trough destruction of all enemies, and everyone but Ruu and Terror being the enemy, maintaining control isn't an easy task. Nonetheless, Terror boasts a destructive combination of power, speed, intelligence, endurance and the ability of various energy particle shaped attacks.
One with Ruu, Terror grants her increased physical capabilities as well as access to weaker particle shaping, though lack of knowledge renders her incapable of doing so for the moment.
Equipment: Ragged clothing, because Faust told her so.
Skills: Ruu has literally no mention worthy life skills, she isn't even capable of reading or communicating if not for Faust. She survived a long time inside the Crimson Sky, so she knows her way around combat, nonetheless it still looks more akin to a feral beast.
Other: Ruu isn't even her real name, since she has none, it's just a sound she makes. She didn't even know about human but looks like one?! What kind of Youkai nonsense is that?! Yeah, cuz....anime! No pls, I can change her pic to something else if that is a problem, but still humanoid shaped ;w;. Faust can be a plot device, as in, can be controlled by GMs. If it wasn't clear yet he isn't really on Ruu's side. He has a huge boner for knowledge! ALL THE KNOWLEDGE. Though he already knows a lot of things.
@AgentFallenSoul Ooohhhh, so you were more about the density thing rather than gravity. And yes, that is completely understandable, and basically a simple fix could have been a limit to the density compared to the original and the speed to reach that maximum for a easy start I guess! But the other thing I have going now is something I already like way more than my current char, not to mention I am literally giving the GMs a plot-device at least in terms of controlling my character. But thank you for explaining!
@KoL Sorry if I annoy you with another question, especially now that I literally said I don't need explaining anymore. But do Youkai's actually speak in a common tongue? And they call them aliens? IN AMERICA.
@KoL I'd at least like @AgentFallenSoul to tell myself what rubs him/her wrong though :c, not for the sake of discussion, I couldn't care less, but it irks me a bit that you have to play the messenger and then I don't even get to know the exact reasons.
EDIT: NVM my questions(I had a few standing here), after reading through the text in the interest check I can work my stuff out regardless of how the answers to all of em are. Now...how to make a sheet without a name... x)
- @Skyswimsky Reriri's powers rub @AgentFallenSoul the wrong way, and I'm sure she has a reason for that, so what about changing it to telekinesis with, perhaps, a few other sub powers?
Heh, I was just about to Mention AgentFallenSoul today since nothing came yesterday! But okay, time to rework stuff then, maybe make a new char altogether, might take a little bit of time because Sunday to Wednesday is where I raid from 19:00 to 23:00 depending on what random stuff pops up in my head. I have no problem working out something new altogether, so don't let the following rub you(?) in the wrong way! My goal was to get some power that allows for some utility/offensive stuff (I know the offensive department can get over the top ala Zane, but I kinda did mention she doesn't really care/3muchScience and seeing how you have no problem going for personality-nerfed powers for some reason!) while mainly being a huge defensive tool to laugh into people's face and force mooks to bow down to her.
I am not a fan of *insert power here*+*insert more powers here* because for me a power can, and should, also be a defining point about a character and should have a theme, a random clusterfucks of multiple lesser powers just rubs me wrong. And telekinesis is way too weak of a defensive mechanism considering the power-creep we have here (though main defense comes from density shenanigans regardless...)
A good thing, because Banba is too crazy to not like her. Also, you know you can have up to two characters, right?
Ooohhhh, after some google now I know. THAT Banba, I even watched that show, but it wasn't remarkable enough that I remembered. But yeah Banba was awesome!...I think... fuck, I don't even remember what happened to her >w<.
And yeah I know I can have 2 chars but that's not something I usually like to do, but maybe, if the rp moves slow enough.
Now to look over any possible pre-established relationships, as much as I dislike em~
Yuuki: What do you think, @TheWindel? Ain't she just like Banba?
Is that... a good thing? Or a bad thing? :c
@Click This gdi if I knew you'd join sooner we could have totally gone with Iphie and Kyouko synergy considering how slow Final Five is moving now and how glorious their character interaction was. Then again Final Five Iphie&Kyouko got nothing on the World Synapse duo.
