The Boys AU (Superheroes)

The Boys is set in a universe in which super powered people are recognized as heroes by the general public and are own d by a powerful private corporation, Vought International, which aggressively market and monetize their heroes and ensure positive public opinion and popularity for their heroes. Most of the true intentions of these heroes are just for the money and fame, and they will go to great lengths to keep that going, covering up scandals, paying people off, and overall being superficial in the name of saving people and Justice. Their latest motives are to influence the American government and get contracts with not just the cities, but the military. There has been unrest after the atrocities of heroes have been covered up for decades, and a rebellious group has formed to expose Vought international for what they really are, and uncover dark secrets along the way.

This will be a small group role-play based on the world and setting of The Boys. All characters will be OC characters, and although the overarching plot may be similar, there is lots of room to change and move the plot as the characters develop. You do not need to have watched the show to roleplay this, as general superhero knowledge will suffice. Your character can be a normal human, or a super powered individual. There are a multitude of backgrounds and options you can take in your fight against Vought

I am looking for a few people who are interested in joining the small group roleplay. The preferred roleplay method will be discord, for ease of access for myself and other members involved. The writing expectation will be at least a paragraph, more is appreciated, but quality over quantity. Post frequency is minimum weekly with the option of multiple daily posts depending on activity. You must be 18+ as the show as well as this roleplay will have adult themes.

Hello!

I haven’t posted anything in quite some time, and I seldom come on this website to roleplay anymore. However, I do have a small request and was hoping I’d find some interested parties.

I am looking for 1 or 2 lovely roleplayers that would like to join my girlfriend and I in a small group roleplay. You can come as an individual, with a friend, or with your own partner, that’s completely up to you. We were just hoping to branch out a bit and meet some creative people.

As a preface, as my girlfriend and I are both adults I require anybody joining to be one as well, as we do not stray away from adult themes. The writing expectation is a high casual, at least 1-2 paragraphs depending on the situation, but quality over quantity. The post frequency will be around once a day on average, can be more or less depending on the availability of the group. But above all else, we’re looking for fun, kind, respectful people wanting to have a good time and bring fun ideas to the table.

Now what kind of roleplay are we expecting to have? Well, that’s really up to what we decide as a group! I’d be happy to discuss ideas in DMs, but I also have some ideas as well I can pitch. This can range to a proper D&D type medieval fantasy setting, a post apocalyptic survival, popular fandoms,vampires and the supernatural, mafia or gangs, whatever really tickles your fancy. There will be action. There will be drama. There will be romance. And the plot will be thick.

Naruto: Rise of the Uchiha

Looking for an F18+ roleplay partner for a Naruto inspired RP. High casual writing is preferred. Mature themes are present.

Full disclosure, this is an RP based on an alternate reality of the original Naruto series. It is based on a popular what if- that being, what if Itachi never massacred the Uchiha clan? What if he earned his people and they started their coupe on the Hidden Leaf? How would the story go?

This could happen in many ways, and if you have knowledge of Naruto and want to discuss it, so be it. I’m fine if we roleplay done other plot or a variation of mine. But, as far as I have thought it out, this is how I imagine it would go down:

Note: You don’t need to know a crazy amount about Naruto. Some information would help, but a general interest and some basic understanding of the series would help. I’m fine filling in the details for you if need be and making up our own stuff along the way.

Itachi comes back from telling Danzo he would go through with it. Standing at the hill, he realizes what this all would mean and decides against it. There has to be a better way. Obito decides to not intervene, and see how everything plays out from the shadows, biding his time.

When he explains it to his father, they decide to go through with overthrowing the village. They’re successful, some on both sides die, Danzo escapes, Hiruzen steps down, and Fugaku Uchiha becomes the new Hokage. As this inner turmoil is being ironed out, however, the Cloud village sees this as an opportunity to attack. They fend off the attack, but just barely, as the Hidden Leaf is in full rebuild as their manpower and resources are quite low, as they look to the new generation of Shinobi.

From this point on, we would be shaping and molding the story to our liking. While many of the Uchiha had died in both of these battles, a few have survived. Fugaku is hokage, Itachi works for the village, and a few others have remained alive. This being said, my OC will be one of the surviving members. Yours can also be one of these members, an OC of your own, or possibly a canon character but I’m picky about that depending on who it is.
