Woah Hazama got accepted?
Isn't this the guy that can travel at mach 20,000 who can react to things within a time frame of 1/48000 of a second?
@Sep: Well, given this is the multiverse and a vast majority of characters have magical or otherwise powerful weaponry, I would think that more stuff could injure him.

As long as you keep that in mind try writing a signup and we'll see.

@Nobiscum Deus: I will be honest and say I'm going to need to overcome some personal biases in order to fairly judge this one.

@Raineh Daze: I'm not seeing anything any worse then any other other characters and Shadow Eternity desperately needs characters, accepted.

@ToadRopes: There's nothing intrinsically wrong with this character, but I'm not sure how well a character from a musical play would work out.

@Sockpuppet: I'm extremely wary of any version of ORT. It may have recently been knocked off of the Nasuverse's top three strongest, but that doesn't mean it's immediately acceptable. Even in heavily-nerfed magical girl form. I'm going to need to think on this.

@Orcus: No, but he's been rejected previous due to past experience with how he's treated as a license to metagame rather frequently every single time he's been played. I'm also not a fan of how his fourth wall-breaking is usually played, as "truth" where he knows everyone's in an RP rather then him still believing they're in a comic.

The nerfs I gave to ORT targeted all the main points that make the actual ORT overpowered, which was that anything from earth cannot kill ORT unless specifically conceptually made to eliminate alien concepts, and a constantly active crystal valley that would render any attempts to get in the very vicinity of ORT to be impossible. I also implied heavy nerfs to general power all around due to not being an Ultimate One anymore, and considering Giorno with nerfs that were basically only to range and access of requiem got in, I can't see a huge problem with ORT.
Name: ORT
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female(?)
Appearance:

Canon, AU, or OC?: Canon, heavy AU elements.
Universe of Origin: Type - Moon

Personality:
ORT normally doesn't have a concept of a personality or even a mind that organisms on earth can relate to. However, it has gained a largely human persona by consuming a magical girl. Normally even with such assimilation, ORT would simply be capable of mimicking human traits and not actually feeling or expressing them. However it seems that the unique nature of the being it has absorbed has allowed it to entirely assume a human persona that is essentially a mirror image of the magical girl it absorbed. As such, magical girl ORT is its new personality, and is much more compatible in understanding other beings. ORT is a lively and curious being, very much intrigued at the details of humans and the planet earth. ORT is rather idealistic, and possesses a striking innocence characteristic of its young form. Always diplomatic, or perhaps sentimental, ORT will often attempt to connect with others and understand them, although this may simply be due to a desire to sate her curiosity of human interaction. Despite ORT’s outer warmth, she does lack a distinct humanity to her, granting her an alien feel. She considers emotions to be objects of analysis and not natural motivators for action, and the events that catalyze around her are never to be reacted against, but disseminated and understood on a fundamental level. A lack of human values in certain areas such as morality is also apparent with ORT.

Abilities/Weapons:

Magical Girl: ORT is no longer an Aristoteles in the truest sense of the world. She can be killed by gaia concepts of death and damage, and is in turn capable of recognizing concepts inherent to the earth which she would never be able to recognize in her original form. However in this awkward form that should not exist, a vast majority of ORT’s power is sealed. In its original form as the Ultimate One of Mercury, ORT had killing power that surpassed that of anything on earth, and could slaughter humans faster than the manifestation of six billion curses geared towards annihilating the human race. Almost all of this power is completely sealed away, leaving just a tiny shred of its capacity to ORT. Of course, the standard fare for magical girls such as the ability to fly is also obtained.

Mercury Buster: The magical staff that ORT carries around is a conduit for most of ORT’s abilities, which have largely been suppressed in its current magical girl form. The Mercury Buster is capable of producing dozens of metallic appendages to extend from its end at incredibly rapid speeds. These appendages are of the same material ORT’s original body is created from, an alloy in Mercury unknown to mankind that is more durable, lightweight, temperature resistant, and flexible than anything known on earth(including supernatural metals, so this says a lot). The tendrils of Mercury metal may be shaped freely according to ORT’s will into various weapons and defenses. This metal does not have to be summoned from the staff itself, and vast quantities of it can be drawn from the ground or shaped out of thin air. It’s essentially what clay is to the traditional concept of a deity, and most anything feasible can be shaped from the metal as it can even sustain its own life and sentience.
Perhaps more deadly is the Mercury Buster’s ability to fire a beam of energy that imposes the effects of the Crystal Valley, the term dubbed for the original ORT’s ability to enforce the reality of Mercury onto Earth’s, warping its surroundings to become like that of a crystalline cavern. The beam essentially shoves an alien system on top of its blast radius, completely rewriting physical laws and distorting reality to create an environment similar to the one ORT lived on in Mercury.

Travel Mode: An ability that is the representation of the original ORT’s ability to change its form into a UFO like shape. When used in ORT’s current form, a silhouette of its UFO form surrounds her, providing an absolute defense and containment environment where nothing harmful can get in. In addition, ORT is capable of travelling at incredible speeds in this state, as it is the travel method she utilized to move from Mercury to Earth. No actions other than travelling can be performed in this state.

Backstory:
Well just as ORT had did for the past 7000 years ago or so, she was just minding her own business in some secluded South American village when she encountered yet another being that desired to challenge her. This had happened many times when many supposedly powerful organizations or individuals attempted to eradicate her but were all wiped out. Well they were justified in a sense, as ORT had come for the “promised time” when the ultimate beings from the planets in the solar system would dawn upon earth to eradicate the human race in order that nothing may outlive gaia.
Now then, ORT was simply minding its own business comfortably in its valley of crystals from home sweet Mercury, when it was confronted by a strange magical girl claiming to be from something called the UMMA. Well just like all the dispatches sent by organizations or agencies, ORT engaged in combat when the magical girl inadvertently entered its territory strangely unaffected by the Crystal Valley which should have erased her existence. In a colossal confrontation between an ultimate being of a planet and a cosmic magical girl, the surrounding crystal valley that ORT had produced was shattered away, and the layer of alien reality conflicted with the layer of reality of gaia, causing a fissure in dimensional processes. In a last struggle, ORT defeated the magical girl and assimilated her, and, to its now perceivable surprise, assumed an entirely new form much like that of the humans it had never once understood. Unable to adjust to the sudden change in form and weakened from the strain of the battle, magical girl ORT was absorbed into the dimensional rift and thrown out into the Multiverse.

Subsequently, ORT was found by the Shadow Eternity and lauded for eliminating, unintentionally, a member of the UMMA. Although ORT literally knew nothing about anything, she simply accepted the praise happily and decided to stay within the ranks of Shadow Eternity.
