I'm not busy today, so I'll be working on the OOC along with Twilight. As for the class list, I've created a barebones one for the mean time. I might add/remove classes later on, but this is the general list that I've come up with. If there are any requests for certain classes, or questions for why certain classes aren't there, ask away.

There is a 'class change' sort of thing like the games have, but it will be limited by a fair amount, given that we will not be using a stats system. For example, a Myrmidon will not be able to become a Mage; to me, that is a ridiculous change. A Myrmidon could decide to become a Sword Knight if their character likes horses and wishes to become a mounted swordfighter.

As for Laguz, all species are available: you could be a typical tiger, or a frog, or even a gerbil. In place of that, however, there are certain species that have been pushed to the brink of extinction or are full blown extinct (just ask me beforehand and I'll tell you if whatever species you choose is endangered and rare in number or whatever).

As a result, there is a certain hierarchy of animals in each 'tribe' - for example, the "Beast Tribe" is still ruled by Lions, and the "Bird Tribes" have a power struggle between the Hawks, Ravens, and Eagles (which used to be the ones in control until their dying numbers was an exploited weakness for the Hawks and Ravens).

With the way I have the setting... set up, there are two major portions of land that are divided close to the middle; the Western and Eastern Separations. Nations are spread out among these two land masses, with one in each separation garnering the most influence of its specific separation.
Might be interested!
I'll be occupied for almost all of today. We might shoot for the OOC tomorrow, or whenever we're able.

Anyway, I have to go. Don't hurt one another. :)
Nah, we could have them.

Though, they don't necessarily fight. They'd be more like the aforementioned "civilian" classes, which would probably not partake in a battle, but for example, would remain at the allied camp to raise spirits and morale after a bloody battle so they can be motivated for the next battle, in a war sense. Just an example, though.

@Rakurai
I think the gist of having a trainee class is kind of obsolete, as well. I intend to have it that you could introduce a character in Part I, and have them as active characters for the rest of the Parts, which could potentially constitute their growth from "trainee" to "veteran".

Altogether, I think the term "trainee" would just mean inexperienced as whatever class they are, and not defined as an individual class.
I suppose there won't be a trainee class available here?

I was actually going to have it that certain tiers of classes would be unavailable early on (unless allowed for special reason like the person's status as an officer in the army or something like that).

So like, Tier 2 classes would be unavailable until "Part III" or something in similarity.

This is so we do not have fifty Swordmasters waving their blades around at the poor enemy Archers in the beginning
Hey Solace (Don't worry, I don't know you)
Good to see the Co-GM, I'm assuming you're Mr.Ironfist? xD

If you think of it that way :S

I'll be tackling the initial and long term plot, as well as the setting of the roleplay. I've got like, 40% of it in my mind, already.

EDIT: We won't really have a set limitation on people, but I do believe I'll know when too much is too much.
Hi, I'm the Co-GM around these parts. Nice to see all the interest shown here.
So,

How is everyone? :)
I'm down for the zombie and fantasy ideas.

Name: Seor Ralei | Kazuma

Age: Twenty-one years old.

Gender: Male

Class: Mage

Nationality: Ylissean

Personality: With a temper as fiery as the magic his hand guides when it comes to criminals, Seor lacks any intention of mastering the arcane arts purely for himself; rather, he seeks to purge the 'wretched abominations' which blight the continents, exacting retribution upon evildoers and wishing to punish all injustice with his own hands. Despite these violent tendencies, an all-too familiar air of nobility remains present in his stride and speech, the remnants of a life he had burned away from the pages of his story.

Naturally, Seor is a benevolent and charming young man; while being very diligent in his studies, he is one who cares deeply for the matters of the people around him. He has befriended many all throughout his travels, though he does not feel any less lonely; he longs to have a family once more, regularly conflicting over the atrocity that he committed and its justification.

Biography: Seor Ralei was the most recent addition to a long-standing magi bloodline dating far back into the history of Ylisse. His father, a master of the arcane arts and the current head of the family, was the lord of a small district in southern Ylisse. Because of his father's little interaction with him, Seor grew especially close to his brother, who was five years his senior. While his brother was being groomed to inherit his father's lordship over the years, the two were mentored in magic. During this time, Seor showed a favoring proficiency for fire magic.

Eventually, the Holy War between Ylisse and Plegia would break out. Seor's brother volunteered to fight, and from the day that he left, he was never seen again. At the start of the war, Seor's father called for the people of his district to support the war by sending gold to him to relay to the capital. The district began to suffer from poverty and famine as even the common folk began to be recruited, and during the final year of the war, Seor would find out that his brother had been killed in battle.

When his father learned of this, Seor was astonished to see that he lacked any sadness, which spurred Seor to investigate further. He discovered that his family had stolen all of the gold sent by the people to preserve themselves over the conflict, and that his father wanted Seor's older brother to leave so he could keep his lordship. Outraged by his family's selfishness and lack of care for the people and his brother, the eighteen-year old Seor set the room of his parents aflame with his magic while they slept, taking whatever personal belongings he could before setting his own room on fire to make it appear as if he had also been burnt to ashes.

After leaving the district, Seor began to go under the name Kazuma, and traveled all around the continent hunting criminals.
